Best part of this place was the service. Eggs were fried to the point of being rubbery with a crispy crust. Food was not really what I would consider outstanding. I don't know how this restaurant is getting such high ratings.

no earthly idea how this place got such high ratings unless trailer park folks are the reviewers. the place is a parking lot, no views, bad smells and rat traps abound. the service was awful, but warmed. the food was ok, but all fried and greasy options at least no one got sick. not a bad place, just no way... We went for Sunday breakfast and the food didn't disappoint. The corned beef hash and grits was just what I needed. Great food at very reasonable prices.

Seafood is amazing so come hungry. Scampi style is a nice option as most places only offer battered and fried. Even the cheeseburger was good.

Excellent service. The food was just okay but in their defense we did not order seafood. Having a shellfish allergy I have to be careful. The poboys on other patrons plates did look very good. We had a burger that was good and a Mexican pizza. Nothing spectacular but it was cheap and quick!!

Aesthetically not the best looking place we could have picked but the people were very nice and there were a lot of locals that are here weekly. The food was really good and very affordable. I recommend it if you are looking for a nice inexpensive breakfast.

We stopped in at Barrier Jacks for lunch prior to checking into our Hotel. We were looking for something different and at a good price. Our plates were completely FULL, and DELICIOUS! Full bellies and leftovers. Well worth it!

First time visiting Cocoa Beach, and happened upon Barrier Jacks when looking for a place to go for lunch. When we first walked in I was hesitant. It's extremely small, could fit maybe 15 people. And slightly odd looking, different styles of chair, off beat decor. But the food...it was amazing. I ordered the Po Boy sandwich. My mom, and... More

Went for breakfast with American friends so knew it would be good. Decor was a bit worn but this is your typical American greasy spoon. I had the Corned Beef Hash. There was far to much on the plate for me but I managed it all. The quality was great. Eight hours later I'm still full. This has got to... More
