We stopped in just to hang out at the bar and have some appetizers. It wasn't very busy. We couldn't figure out why it too such a long time for our drink order to be taken, and then why it took so long for our chips to come out - until we realized that the sole bartender was doing all of the work by herself. The bartender shouldn't be running the one going to the kitchen and getting food. We could see right into the kitchen and it appeared that they were very disorganized. And no sign of a manager anywhere. We love Chili's, but this visit was very disappointing and not up to the normal standards of a Chili's.

We have been going to this Chili’s restaurant for years. We stopped in tonight and had a 30 minute wait to be seated which isn’t bad for this busy location. We ordered chips & salsa, skillet Queso, Classic Nachos and a Smokehouse combo with smoked brisket, crispy chicken crispers, fries, street corn and garlic toast. The first batch of chips we were served were almost entirely broken crumbs. The second batch was much better. The nachos were prepared just fine. The skillet Queso was extremely thick tonight and seemed to be lacking Queso, as it was mostly chili. I made a mistake ordering the brisket. Coming from Texas, I have high standards and this was a complete disappointment. It was served shredded (1)and smothered in bbq sauce (2) and it was really fatty (3). Three strikes and it is out. I will never order this again and I don’t recommend it. The crispy chicken crispers were a bit over cooked and not served hot. The street corn was over cooked and over spiced. The flavor that stood out was the chili spice and the corn was not crisp at all. The fries were perfect. The garlic toast was toasted on one side only and a bit on the salty side.
Service tonight was a little slow. Our server didn’t appear to have a large area to attend to and the restaurant was not very busy by the time we were seated. We will return to this Chili’s again, we just now know a few items to avoid ordering. I hate rating so low, but this is deserved tonight.

We were in Davenport for two weeks and used Chili's three times! Service was fast so we didn't have to wait long for a table. There are two inexpensive options... $10.99 or two eat for $25 dollars . We used both offers. The $10.99 option includes a drink, so this could be all you pay. (1 beer is included). The $25 dollar option didn't included a drink but did include a delicious steak! We upgraded to the 10oz steak and it was worth it to us. Others in our group stuck with the 6oz and were happy. There is a two for one offer on some beers, so ask your server, if you like beer. Beer isn't super expensive anyway but a toofer is always nice! I tried the house salad and the Caesar Salad both were good but I preferred the house salad.

We stopped in on a trip from Sarasota to the Sanford area. It was a rainy afternoon when we arrived and we couldn't help notice that the location was almost empty. We were greeted after a few minutes and were told that it would be 15 minutes before we could be seated. Humm, really? I pointed out that the place was empty but was told that they only had two servers on duty at that time. Hmmm, seems to me that two servers could have seated us at least. Anyway, I looked over at the Millers Ale House next door and noticed the full parking lot. That was enough for me. I told our greeter that we would just go next door. Guess what, the place was full, we were promptly greeted and directed to our seat. Quick service and very good food. We won't be back at this location but will be back to Millers as we travel through here all the time. You've been warned.

This is usually a go to place for my family when we visit Orlando and have been coming here for many years, unfortunately after our last visit we won't be back.
Obviously since the pandemic restaurants have changed how they run and other places let us know if we had to use a digital menu or not, Chili's didn't and seemed most put out that we didn't know what we wanted after 5 minutes of being there. We were sat in the bar even though there was plenty of room in the restaurant and the table was super sticky. We ordered starters and no guacamole came out with the chips, the waitress said twice she would get it but then we got told by another waitress that you had none! My dad's starter of chilli came out with the main courses for some reason and we felt very rushed as we'd not finished our starters before the mains came out. My dad said his enchiladas were tasteless and they looked gross. We just felt like a huge inconvenience the whole time we were there. Sadly you've lost our business.

This used to be my favorite place to eat but unfortunately and with a lot of sadness, I have to write a bad review. I went there today for lunch with my wife and baby. The lady at the front said erm erm. I said can I have a table for 2 and a baby please. She said I don't know if we have a place for you and the stroller as the walk ways need to be clear, I have never heard of this before. By the by she eventually found us a place to sit as we where walking through the restaurant the floors where a mess food everywhere and sticky. As we sat down the first thing I saw when the lady went was the table was dirty. I said to my wife about it and the server came and saw me wiping the table and she was moaning and said "well people just sit down by themselves on a dirty table" she wiped the table down and said what do you want she was very rude. Unfortunately I won't be going back to this location until it improves.

Came here yesterday after a long long day at Disney. Had to wait in the bar area for a bit, for a table. Barman was ultra friendly and attentive. Our 30-45 min wait actually turned into a 15 min wait, which was good, and we were soon seated. Food was quick in coming out, and plentiful. Highly recommend the fajitas and the chicken ranch quesadilla, both filling and very tasty. Kids meals also well received with lots of choice. Waitress was friendly and chatty. All reasonably priced too- would come back.

Meal here after a day out , place is alright but to be waited on by Richard with the annoying voice and him try it to be funny just wasn’t for us , the sliders were ok nothing to right home about as were the onion appetiser. The chicken tenders were quite gristly, the tacos were good as was the margarita. Probably wouldn’t go back here

Great service tonight from our server.
Great food, which arrived quickly, piping hot.
All the dishes we had (burgers, chicken tenders and fajitas) all tasted fantastic
Huge portions too. Pretty good value as well.

Absolutely a fantastic meal and the customer service was exceptional!
Alexi was so very attentive and we never had to ask for anything.
Everything came out perfect!!
It’s so wonderful when somebody can make your day feel just perfect and that’s what Chili’s and especially Alexi did for us today!

Great atmosphere, service and food. Catered for our family of 10 of different ages. Food was really tasty and fresh. 2 for 1 drinks was also a nice touch. Steak and shrimp fajitas were a hit. Reasonable price too.

Stopped off after a busy day at the theme parks for some well deserved refuelling! I went for the chicken fajitas, my partner went for the bacon burger and we had the triple dips to share. Good was very tasty and our server Richard was lovely, very friendly and attentive. A well deserved 5 stars!

We went as a party of 9 including three children. The wait was about 30 minutes for a table. That said the food was worth the wait. The full rack of ribs were excellent also a favourite of our group was the turkey club sandwich. Can’t wait to return. Another excellent visit

We really enjoyed our visit. We ordered a kids burger which was big enough for and adult when it came. The rib combo was delicious and the burger was one of the best we had on our trip to Orlando. Can’t wait to return. Staff are always very friendly and this visit was no exception.

Amazing service! Our server (I think his name was Kishonne but I’ve probably spelled it wrong!) was so helpful and friendly! We were a large party of 12 including young children and he was fabulous. The food was great, and price was reasonable. Highly recommend after a long day at the parks!
