Will in Daytona for a tournament on Friday, June 17th, I stooped in Doc Bale's Grill for some soup. I browsed the menu and saw they had a side of mac and cheese. Decided on that instead of soup and so glad I did. It came to the table with the cheese still bubbling and it smelled great. This was... More

First, I can't speak to the hotel itself as we did not stay there. However, we went to the Hyatt for an early Fathers Day dinner at Doc Bales restaurant in the hotel where they were supposed to have a Prime Rib and Snow crab leg buffet dinner ($40/pp so you expect it to be nice, right?!) We arrived and... More

My family and I were taking a short cut through the hilton and found this restaurant. I split the chicken nachos with my 13 year old and both of us left full. My wife had the Mahi Mahi sandwich and totally enjoyed it. For a restaurant in an upscale hotel I found the prices very reasonable. The waitress we had... More

Service was good, but the food not so much. We went on a Sunday night, so I am not sure if that was the issue or not. The spinach artichoke dip was over cooked. The steak was good, the veggies were cold. I expected the ribs to have a smoky flavor, but did not have it. Service made it good,... More

After an evening walking the boardwalk and pier, playing skeeball and other games in an arcade, with our six year old, her parents needed a respite. We got it in this casually elegant Hilton hotel dining room. Other than the really sour and unfriendly older woman who sat us, the staff was friendly and accommodating. We had the $39 all... More

I really just wanted to commend everyone at this establishment for going above and beyond for my wedding reception dinner. For the people who are on a budget when dealing with nuptial planning, you know how costly details can get. I worked with Colleen D to put our special evening together and words can not explain how grateful I am... More

This was our 2nd year in a row coming here. Just as good as the first time. This restaurant is located inside the Hilton. Friday and Saturday night was an all you can eat prime rib and crab leg buffet. I think its this way every Friday and Saturday night. Our waitress Suzy, hope that's spelled right, was so extremely... Stayed at resort for business so didn't feel like wandering from hotel - ate here two evenings - the menu was pretty limited but the prices were very reasonable for a resort, food OK, service efficient, and the views of the beach very nice. The morning I checked out I had breakfast on the outdoor patio of this restaurant with wonderful... More
