This is a great, casual seafood restaurant. There is no hostess. Take a menu from the wall & find a place to sit. The waitress will stop by & take your order. Service was fast & attentive. A customer dropped a hush puppy on the ground when a kitchen worker passed by. He offered to get a new hush puppy.... More

We had lunch here after an airboat ride - I had researched it on Trip Advisor and wasn't surprised or disappointed. We seated ourselves on the screened porch perched right over the Barron River. Our party of four ordered two blackened grouper sandwiches, a clam basket which was huge and had enough clam strips for two people, and a fried... More

The sign says "grab a menu & seat yourself", so we did. We grabbed a seat on folding chairs at a plastic pop-up table on their screened in over-water deck. Our server was sweet, quick and prompt. She offered suggestions and answered questions. For an off the beaten path place that's only open half of the year, it was crowded... More

This place is pretty difficult to find, but WELL worth the effort! It is quaint and very basic, but that is because they put all the fuss into their food. The largest crab cakes I have ever seen. Almost 100% crab. (I'm not even sure how it held together.) Delicious hushpuppies. Fantastic grilled shrimp. The only regret: I didn't save... More

We started with fried green tomatoes that were perfect. I had a grouper Rueben sandwich with fries. Yum! My wife had a crab cake that was too large to finish. Brought the rest home for a snack later. Again Yum! Valerie our server (who was great!) asked if we had room for dessert, but we didn't. A great way to... More

Actually our captain at Mitch's Airboat Tours suggested this gem to us. We had our RV so parking was a bit of an issue but we made due. We could have our dogs with us on the patio so it was great. The food was very good, fresh and tasty, service was good. I would recommend this place to family... More

I had read great reviews and was anxious to try the local crab and Grouper. They were pretty ordinary, not much taste. We liked the hush puppies. It was busy but the service was incredibly slow. Almost an hour and a half for lunch. We had planned to try their Key Lime pie, but didn't want to take anymore time.... More

Fun setting and good service. The food was just okay but we didn't go there for high end delights. More of a "bar food" menu.
