Been here a few times to play pool and have beers. Its a no frills kind of place. Cheap drinks make it worth checking out.

Local bar - felt comfortable and enjoyed the fun times with friends. Was able to walk from our hotel and felt safe. Two bars in one - bar in the back a little more loud and crazy, but fun.
If you are looking for a place where locals have frequented for over 30 years, Kim's Alley bar is the place. Bartenders expert, pricing for the locals and always a bit of chatter to share with patrons.
