We stoped for lunch. My wife had the the Yucatan fish and she loved. I had grilled grouper and was good and looked fresh. The ocean view is nice as well. The waitress was very kind and stoped few times to check. We will return.

We arrived by boat and enjoyed the view of the local shrimp boats from their massive patio. Service and food were excellent and can't wait to go back.

Once you make a few tricking turns, Doc Fords is situated on a nice spot in the marina. Yucatan shrimp was fabulous. Grouper sandwich very good as well, though we agreed the blackened version was by far the best. We started with fish fingers and they were surprisingly good. Drinks and clam chowder were so so. Service was very friendly,... More

Be sure to check this place out on your next visit. Just a short drive from fort Myers beach this place was worth the short drive. The food was a little pricey and the beers were what you would expect at a place on the beach. Get there early for sunset if you want a table on the beach. It's... More

We usually eat here at least one time each visit. It's consistently good and the servers are knowledgeable. There are enough options that sound good to make choosing difficult. There is also a wide selection of cocktails to enjoy. We have sat inside & outside. I prefer inside because the water smell bothers me when I eat (I get it,... More

We dined here on Nov 23rd and arrived by boat. The slips were good and wide and you can get a pretty good sized boat in here. We had a party of 8 in our group with kids and adults. They menu has a variety of food from steaks, chops, fish, burgers, island food, and stone crabs. We had an... More

Wish we would have stopped here early in our trip and not the last night! We had the Yucatán shrimp which totally lived up to the hype! If it were socially acceptable, I would have licked my plate! Ha ha Also had their scallop special with ink pasta, also very fresh and well done. Rum drinks were good and service... More

Three of us arrived in Fisherman's Wharf, the sweet smell of the sea and the wafting smells of the area solidified the idea that we had arrived in the right place. Sandy, our waitress, was excellent. The choices were presented for today and she did not push but encouraged us in the right direction. We dined like royalty. Shrimp and... More
