Decided to try Don Camarón instead of cooking and don't regret it. Sat outside with a cool breeze flowing, were seated pretty quick and immediately were brought the menu, chose shrimp in mango sauce as appetizer and shrimp customized. Both were delicious! Service was very quick and price was reasonable. Don't regret coming here to eat, prices for lunch Monday... More

The location is kind of difficult to find, terrible heavy traffic area (avoid rush hours) After we seated being told to wait, the server unprofessionally concentrate all her attention to a guy that obviously was flirtatious with her and never come back to our table. After 17 minutes pass I ask for Help and another server took the order at... More

Horrible service!! Just ghetto. Took 25mins just for water, all the waitresses were in one corner just talking. When I asked who the waitress was they started laughing and got completely ghetto asking what the problem was. The food might be good but definitely not worth the ghetto attitude. Guess they dont care for tip?

Cuban and Peruvian foods on the menu delicious, Jalea, and ceviche, but ceviche needs to be made with pure lime juice not concentrate. Served very cold. Service cleanliness very good. Temperature hot food very good.

Saturday lunch. I had fish on the grill and my husband had a ceviche appetizer that was very good. On the other, hand he had to get up and ask for water at the bar because the waitress took his glass and returned 10 minutes later. The slow service couldn't have being because of the restaurant being crowded, it was... More

I visit Don Camaron in Hialeah from time to time, and some times I order food for pick up. Food is not amazing, but quite good for the price you pay. As an appetizer I would recommend cod fritters, malanga fritters, conch fritters, and ceviche (some time better than others). . I would stay away from the oysters. Last time... More

This restaurant was recommended by the HOLIDAY INN hotel staff in the area. Enjoyed a great Shrimp and Tostones appetizer and a very well presented Seafood Stir Fry with shrimp, mussels, clams, squid, fish, crab claw and veggies. Happy hour 2-4-1 beers and a great meal

We frequently visit this establishment. Whenever we feel like having fish we go to Don Camaron in Hialeah since it is close to our house. The food is decent and we like to sit at the bar because the guy that works there on weekends gives us great service, (sorry, I forgot is name). However, we went last week during... More
