Our son in law is a chef so our standards are probably higher than most people's regarding quality because we have been spoiled. His key lime pie is the best but Mattheessen's is a close second. We have tried key lime pies throughout Key West and have found this one to be the best. Oprah's favorite at Blue Moon doesn't... More

So the first time it was the giant chocolate chip cookie. It called to us from the window so we had to give it a go. It was wonderful.... Then we dropped by for ice cream. We know ice cream pretty well in New England. We take our local ice stands with their homemade waffle cones and ice cream seriously.... More

A cool, tart, sweet treat. Just pure deliciousness conveniently on a stick. The other treats in the shop were very enticing, but we were stuffed before we even walked in, so the pie was a stretch, but a must. We ate a lot of plain pie, so it was nice to mix it up with the chocolate and frozen aspects.... More

This is not a must do, but if you have a sweet tooth it's for you. The cookies are enormous @ a half-pound each so I suggest sharing. It's small, and products are made right there in front of you.

I love dark chocolate so this is def up my alley. The dark chocolate is extremely thick and the key lime pie is melds really well with the frozen chocolate. It's not too limey either, which I find to be a downfall of some... might go back tomorrow for another lol

They are not always available, so ask when next they are making fudge. Go back then. They look like they are BIG cookies when you see them. After you eat one, you'll realize they are not. So, buy two, because when you go back for a second one, you'll likely need to ask again when they are making fudge.
