This is inside the The Restaurant Store. If you don't know that, you may have a hard time finding. Inside is a nice selection of craft bottles for sale but the hidden gem is they are the tasting room for Bone Island Brewing. Try em...More

I was trying to tour the local breweries of Key West. Bone Island was really hard to find because they didn't have a sign. Walked back and forth looking for this place, even got out the phone GPS. Bone Island is located inside a restaurant...More

The taproom is located in corner of a restaurant supply store. Parking available right outside in the lot. Five tables available for sipping on a pint or a flight. We shared a flight which was 5 the day we were there. Citrus , watermelon, hefe,...More

I was excited to see a Hefe beer on the menu when we researched Key West. After a bike tour, we had planned to visit the establishment for a cold brew. When we saw that there was only 2 beers on tap, I showed disappointment...More

We came into BIB after spending all night on Duvall street. Searching for some food, although the kitchen was closed the amazing bartender Annette was able to get us some awesome fish dip. She was so fun and personable. Great place!!More

Although we would like to bask in the limelight of your 5-star review, we have to be honest and credit our friends at Waterfront Brewery, very close by. It is there that you most likely got late night food as Cole's Peace Bakery/Deli @ The...More

Second visit to Bone Island. It's in a bakery/kitchen supply store. A little off the beaten path but worth the trip. Good beers. Enjoyed the Belgian the best. Food and baked goods look amazing but we didn't eat there. Plenty of locals were stopping in...More

Thanks for coming in to try our beer. Indeed, it can be confusing since Bone Island Brewing does not own/operate the Restaurant Store/Cole's Peace Bakery/Deli where our beer is served. We simply brew our beer in their warehouse and they sell it under a joint...More

We took the advice of a local and made our way here for lunch. The BLT was delicious, and large enough to share. We enjoyed a flight of the house made brews, and each had a pint to enjoy with the sandwich. The restaurant supply...More

Description
Bone Island Brewing is located inside the warehouse of the Restaurant Store/Cole's Peace Bakery & Deli (RS/CP). We are an independent brewing company producing a variety of beer styles for quaffing and quenching a tropical thirst. We are not a hop-forward brewery and focus more on assertive flavor characteristics of yeasts and malts. For beer styles that feature hop character, we choose to highlight aroma and flavor rather than cloying bitterness. We feel excessive bitterness is not conducive to quenching your thirst in our hot climate. Our beers are exclusively sold to and served by the RS/CP under a joint marketing agreement. We do not control the staff, service or operational policies of RS/CP. We welcome and encourage your reviews of Bone Island Brewing on Trip Advisor. However, we ask that you limit any negative comments to the quality of our beers and your experience with the brewery per se since this is the only aspect of your visit that we do have control over. RS/CP maintains their own page on Trip Advisor.
