Salads were on the edge of fresh. Some wilted greens. Bok choy tasty. Yellowtail Sashimi pretty awful. Tiny pieces definitely not fresh. Sent back and got a white fish called Walu. Never heard of Walu. Turns out it is a buttery, oily, (indigestibly waxy) tasty...More

We were told by several locals to stop by Kaiyo for drinks and sushi. And to go early as Happy hour (half off select beers/wines and appetizers) was only from 5-6, and it fills up quick. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of sushi...More

Great sushi place. Excellent selection of every kind. Not a lot of selections but what they had was good. Beer, wine and sake was all they had at the bar. The Brussels sprouts appetizer was perfect and a huge helping. Wish this was closer to...More

Stopped in after a day trip to Key West and was not disappointed. The sushi was fresh and tasty and the beer and sake cold and refreshing. The waitstaff was friendly and courteous.

We happens upon this place from the recommendation of a former local. We pooped in and sat outside. Everything we got was scrumptious. Even the simple edamame was the best I've had,( key lime juice secrets ingredient)

Within walking distance of the Cheeca lodge, we loved eating sushi there! Service was excellent. Portions were generous. The rolls were creative and fresh. We would definitely go again

I had ordered "fresh" cobia as did several of my friends. The cobia was inedible. I will never go back and I cannot recommend it particularly given the prices. The Key Lime pie was good though.

As a Islamorada local, I have been here several times. This trip tonight was by far the worst meal I have had there. I had the drunken clams, came out cold and the parmesan cheese was not even melted on it. I mentioned to the...More
