I've been to Hooters all over the place and understand all restaurants have staffing problems, however...On arrival on a Thursday night at 7:30 we were "warned" by the not very friendly blonde with glasses, that it would be 20 minutes for a table, then another 20 minutes to get food so we sat at the bar instead to make it 20 minutes quicker. It took a solid hour to get our food with cold curly fries, a good burger, a good salad but chicken bits that were mostly fried grizzle. The bartender comped us 2 beers for waiting but it was hardly worth the wait, but we were hungry after traveling and hopeful. Hopes were dashed. Two cooks can't keep up. The to go orders, which seemed to be a priority, were literally stacked over 2 feet high and over 3 feet across on the warming area of the kitchen. Lastly, shorts and t-shirts used to be cute but too small body suits(?) are not a great view.

The food was good... not great but not bad. We ordered burgers and fries and they were decent. Our waitress wasn't very attentive, so also couldn't find any ketchup bottles in the restaurant that weren't empty so she gave us ketchup packages.

We had to wait a half an hour for a table even though there were plenty of seats. Then when they got us, they took us to a table that didn’t have enough seats and was still dirty. They split us up with 2 servers. Food took forever to come out and was room temperature. Appetizers came out after we got our meals. Then the one server misunderstood that we needed a box for pretzels and brought out pretzel apps within a min.?.? The servers were nice, but everything else was poor. We had first timers with us, and I doubt they’ll be back to a hooters. We probably won’t be back to this one.

This was one of the single worst dining experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life. This location is an embarrassment to the Hooters brand. Before eating here, I would recommend doing three things; 1. Read my review; 2. Read all the other reviews that have more than a few sentences; 3. Eat somewhere else.
After looking at the past reviews, something I didn’t think I needed to do for a Hooters as we’ve come to expect good and fun service along with great food. Sadly, this location just can’t seem to hit the mark. The reviews addressing the issues we had are not new and don’t seem to be getting address by staff or management.
We arrived at the restaurant at 7 pm on a Monday and it was about 40% full. They appeared to have at least 6 waitresses but only 5 or 6 tables with guests. We decided to sit down at the bar because they said they had a 45 min wait for a table. Once we sat down at the bar, which wasn’t that busy, it took around 10 minutes just to get water to drink and another 10 before we were able to place our order. We decided to opt for the unlimited wings. Seemed like a great value. It took over 30 minutes to get our first order. Soon as we received that order I asked if we could go ahead and put in a second order which also took her some time to come back and put in. It took almost an HOUR to get our second set of wings.
Meanwhile while all of this was going on the dinging room didn’t turn many tables. I counted 7 that were dirty and not being cleaned and they had a lobby full of guest waiting. Several guests came up to the bar to pick up to go orders. Sever had been waiting over 45 min past the time they were quoted to pick up their meals. We saw two cancel their orders and walk out. I mean I would understand if they were packed, but they didn’t have many tables with guests. I’m not sure what happened to back up the kitchen that badly. After reading MANY past reviews this is NOT a new issue for them. I’m unsure why they are unable to fix them? Maybe it’s time for new management! Because if this was my franchise or business, I’d have fired them a long time ago. The servers were friendly, but you could tell they were used to dealing with a slow kitchen and used to making excuses for them.
I left hungry as I didn’t want to wait another 30 min or more to get another order of wings. We were there close to 2 hours and it was miserable! Watching all the issues this place has is sad. Reading past reviews to see it’s not a new issue to sadder. Hooters should be ashamed of this location and they need to take steps to correct them immediately! We will never eat at this location again and strongly recommend that you don’t either.

We got the all you can eat wings. It was not busy. It took over 40 minutes to get our plates. We reordered right away so we wouldnt have to wait as long the second time. It took over 20 minutes the second time. We had to flag down another waitress to get refills on our sodas and that was before we even got our food. Our kids grilled cheese never came out with our food I canceled it because he fell asleep during the long wait. Its was completely slow bad service. Plus they still charged us for the kids milk he didnt drink because he never got his grilled cheese.

We are retired snowbirds looking for good wings and beer. Of course Hooters is known for having the best of both. After ordering, our waitress asked for ID. We thought she was kidding and my wife did not bring her purse so had no picture ID. The waitress said she would have the Manager talk to us. The Manager lectured us on the Florida State Law that says we are to present picture ID. We have been to many other bars and restaurants before and since and were never asked for ID. Even Walmart has a sign that says if you look younger that 40, you may be asked for ID. We certainly do not look younger than 40. Her attitude was disrespectful and we do not recommend going to this Hooters. If upper management sees this, we recommend they retrain this individual and/or revise their policy to allow the servers to judge whether the customer is of age.

This has got to be the worst run establishment I have encountered in my whole life. We waited half an hour to be seated and then got our starters in ones and twos. They weren't too bad, and the young waitress was friendly but the entire meal was spread out over a total of three hours. There was a huge mix up with the bill which initially included some.other table. The mains were like the end of a manky shoe. I'd rather eat my husbands socks. Felt so sorry for my own stomach. Left behind 8 out of 10 main meals and you'll find the other 2 that we chose to take away are sitting in your car park. Worst management I've ever come across. I'm absolutely shocked at everything. Seriously dont bother !

Me and my friends have been to Hooters in the past and this one is the worst experience we ever had! We were waiting 40 minutes for a table of 7 which was fair enough but once seated we were waiting another 40 minutes to put in a drinks order and then a further time to put in our mains. Our waiter constantly forgot our drink or foods orders and bought wrong items to our table. The manager on shift was wondering around the joint like he didn’t really care and looked depressed. Signs of poor management showing a lot here.
I suggest going to the Hooters in Orlando which is much better and friendly.

We popped in yesterday evening on our way back from Old Town. The restaurant wasn’t busy, there were lots of free tables but we were told a 15 minute wait. So we had a drink at the bar whilst we waited for a table. The staff were not friendly or welcoming at all and the lady behind the bar didn’t offer us refills on our sodas, just took our glasses away!! We waited around 30 mins and after asking about our table and being told 1 minute, waited another 10 minutes before walking out. Shame as we came here in 2019 and had a very good experience!! This place has definitely gone downhill!

We have been to hooters on international drive before, no problems, good food, good service. We turned up here, it was very warm, seemed like the AC was broken, this should have really been the warning sign, was told initially 15min wait, no problem, we were then told it would be more like a 40min wait. We stayed and waited. Like a lot of restaurants, clearly understaffed, only half the restaurant in use.
Eventually was seated, the table dirty, told to scan the QR code, and off she went. While the waiter was very nice, the service to take the drinks order, bring and bring the drinks, was extremely slow. Similar food the food. The food was also very average. While I appreciate the staff shortage, our waitress just seemed to disappear for large periods, she was only serving a few tables, so I really don’t know where she was going and why it was taking so long.
Drinks orders were wrong, things were forgotten, same with the food. Took ages to get the bills, which were wrong. We ended up getting up and going to the till in order to pay.
Overall extremely slow service, food below average. Wish we looked at the reviews before hand and went to a different hooters.
If this doesn’t improve then they wont solve the staffing issue. Staff wont get tipped well, they will leave, and it will be a never ending circle.

Arrived at 7.15pm on a Friday evening. The restaurant was around half full with lots of empty tables. There were 7 of us and we were told 20 minute wait, which we thought was fine.
30 minutes later and we were still waiting, right by the welcome desk (so in full view of all waiting staff!) and the restaurant still had lots of empty tables. They had seated a couple of tables of 2 who came in 15 or so minutes after us, and then asked again how many of us there were. When we confirmed 7, were told that we’d have to wait some time for a table. We pointed out their waiting list,which had our name on it and the time we’d arrived.
They then seated us to the left of the door, which looked like it was in a closed area of the restaurant, as no waiting staff were over that way and all other tables were empty. 10 minutes later and no one had spoken to us or given us menus.
We eventually managed to catch the attention of a waitress, who brought us some menus and told us that we couldn’t order food just now as their computers had gone down, -which had also happened the previous Friday. We agreed to order some drinks whilst we waited for the computers to come back online. However, half way through the drinks order we were then told soft drinks only - no beer or wine.
At this point we decided to get out of there. Not once were we made to feel welcome in the 40 minutes we were in this establishment. A really poor experience and I would suggest you avoid this place at all costs.

So, I order wings and a beer. The first thing the girl asks is for my ID....for god's sake I am 60 years old and look every bit of it! What an absurd thing to demand, so over that dopiness. Then I wait 30 minutes for 10 very small wings that were just ok. By the time they came, my beer empty so waited another 10 minutes. When all finished and both empty bottles sitting there and the food basket piled with paper towels, there I sat again for another 10 minutes to ask for a check. $31 and change later.....yeah right, I will be crossing this off my list. The waitress appeared pleasant enough, but the demanding an ID from a 60-year-old set a bad tone with me.

Not much atmosphere overall, and the food was really terrible. My friend had the boneless wings, which managed to look like cat vomit. He couldn't eat them. I had a philky cheese steak, which was just about edible, but the fries were really bad.

Was going to eat in this restaurant with my family however Ivonette behind the bar was so rude and arrogant it put us off. The restaurant was a 1/4 full at best however a 40 minute wait. The management need to look at her attitude towards paying customers and seriously need to consider if she is right for the brand as this has totally put us off eating or drinking in a Hooters again. Shame on her and shame on the management for allowing this!

They had a tax day special. Buy 10 wing get 10 wings free. 5 minutes after we ordered, manager comes to the table and tells us that we can’t share the wings with our spouse. We paid for the appetizer and left. Never had this issue with any other Hooters.🤬🤬🤬
