Visited here for lunch on 13-8/24 .. the food was fresh and the place was very clean . There is a great menu which is varied and a guy called Andy who was working in there made us welcome and was helpful , so big thumbs up for him . Overall good for lunch free parking and reasonable prices.

Great service, very attentive staff, and informative about options to have.
Food was excellent, tried something new and tasted great.
Portion size is perfect.
Service was very quick.
Restaurant was nice and clean.

First visit to this Chick with a whole family crew of 7 people!
Orders were taken quickly but we had a hard time understanding the order-taker due to his quiet voice and heavy accent!
Nevertheless, we survived the process and we got everything as we ordered it!
Clean Restaurant area even with the large thruput of the clients!

This place lacks integrity and just general kindness and understanding. I placed a Mobile order to this location incorrectly and immediately called the restaurant to cancel the order. I was met with a "we don't do refunds." I explained it was a mistake and they hadn't even completed my order it was just made at the wrong store. Still I was met with the manager Derek repeating to me multiple times how he was not the one who chose the wrong location. I was left speechless. I do not live in Orlando and was on a road trip back home with my two hungry toddlers. I had to pay for the same order twice.
When I asked for the managers name he spelled it out for me and said "good luck". This is the type of customer service you expect from a Walmart. I'm greatly disappointed and will make sure to never stop here on our trips.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
Really pleased when we got our food so fast, but there was a reason for this.
It was obviously made soooo long ago, that it was not fresh or warm (never mind hot)
Yes, I should have asked for freshly made, but I don’t frequent such establishments very often, and just didn’t think.
It was a pick up to take back to our accomodation, otherwise I would have mentioned that t’was not a good reason to return soon

We went through drive thru to order and we has 5 orders 4 kids meals all the same. And 1 wrap combo with fries. They missed a kids meal and my fries and a drink with the kids meals. so we had to drive the again and then wait on the side for all our missing items. No games in the kids meals. I don't know what happened but it was bad.

Me and my family catered from chick fil a for my son’s bday. The staff was so friendly and considerate we were very pleased with how our food turned out and how quick in and out we were. We will definitely be returning for our next big event! 🐔

I love chick fil a, but this particular place are very rude. I ordered breakfast for my family on the drive through. I ordered 2 chicken minis and only received one. When we noticed we had to return back to the inside of the restaurant, the manager was super rude and was talking about me with the worker without even acknowledging me. I guess he did not believe they did not place the 2 orders . He rudely told the worker just give it to her its not worth it. I paid $50 dollar’s worth of breakfast, why will i try to get a free chicken minis. Very rude and will never go back to this restaurant.

This is a typical Chickfila restaurant. We ordered breakfast to dine in while placing a to go order. Having the extras in our hotel room was nice for early mornings at the theme park.

This is definitely a busy one. I waited about 20 minutes total, which is pretty lengthy compared to most. It's always a good chicken sandwich and waffle fries. No complaints.
