We visited Olive Garden as a family several evenings ago and had the best experience, our waitress was lovely and so attentive, this was on a Thursday evening. We had endless salad and breadsticks, our trip was lovely. We were given dipping sauces for our breadsticks too which was so tasty. We attended again this evening (17/09/2022) and were not met with the same atmosphere as previous. Our soups, breadsticks and entree’s all came out together meaning some of our meals became cold before we had chance to eat them. Our waitress was attentive and very polite, she refreshed our drinks regularly. We found a hair in one of our meals which was very disappointing, we were also surprised to be charged for a dipping sauce (which was a very shallow dish of sauce, not worth the $4.50 we were charged) when on our visit a few evenings prior, we were not charged for the dipping sauces. This Saturday evening, we almost felt as if we were being rushed out of the restaurant because it was so busy. Everything came out so quickly and we felt as if we were eating quickly so that the next table could come in. We are visiting from the UK and are used to the quality of UK meals, we were all surprised at the quality of the chicken, with it tasting rubbery and some pieces even containing gristle. Our bill came to $107 and we certainly felt that it was not worth that amount. Overall the sauce was tasty but some of the pasta was over cooked and to find a hair in our meal left us leaving the majority of our food. We love our Italian food and are a very foody family - hence we are loving the big portions in the US, we have always rated Olive Garden every time we have visited however this was super disappointing and has left us not wanting to return. If you do visit Olive Garden, I would recommend a week day evening where staff will have plenty more time to attend to your needs.

We visited here twice for dinner during our 2 week stay. Food is tasty and portion sizes are big (particularly compared to UK sizes). It’s unlikely you will need starters. Kids meals are almost UK adult sizes! Don’t be put off by the really cheesy parmesan smell as you walk in but do watch out for the sneaky $3 charge the tablet makes so the kids can play games on. We only noticed on the receipt after we have left, and it doesn’t require any kind of approval by an adult. Very disappointed they don’t do kids ice cream for dessert, apparently our server told me the restaurant had done away with all ice cream. Why??? This makes no sense at all, especially for an Italian restaurant! Would have been a 5 star from us if not for the issues above.

Great meal great price great quality great service. Was looked after so well from entry to end of our meal. First meal out if our resort in US . We were served by Omar C who was really helpful and understanding of what we were keen to try. Was quite surprised to find the food was extremely fresh and tasty. A couple of cab drivers had said it’s mass produced fast food but we disagree, the shrimp was fresh and soft, the veg and salad were fresh and OMG the breadsticks were hot and tasty, we couldn’t stop eating them, luckily we hadn’t eaten all day so we really enjoyed everything. Coming in at around £50 uk pounds for 3 of us including a cocktail and beer, was great value

Avoid this Olive Garden

This has to not only be one of the worst Olive Gardens I have visited bit also one of the few restaurants of the 700+ I have reviewed, that I am giving 1 star to. We called ahead and were told to come in and just join the waitlist. When we arrived and the receptionist was about to place us on the waitlist, the manager butted in and said she was not taking anyone else for the waitlist. We were shocked as so many tables were empty and it was 1.5 hours before the restaurant would close. She did not tell us we could order takeout nor offer to call another Olive Garden and just seemed too busy (and rude) to speak with us and even made my Asian wife feel unwelcome. The take out receptionist, when asked, finally told us she could take our order but then walked away and made us wait fir more than five minutes. We then called the other Olive Garden on Osceola, 8 miles away and even though they were closing earlier, they warmly told us to come. See our other review which was completely the opposite experience. So don’t waste your time, avoid this Olive Garden.

I should have known when we were waiting to be seated when 6 or so kids (maybe 6-8 years old) came trooping through the front asking where the bathroom was, and they left one behind jumping in the booth, again these were not babies. Then we were seated in another room and I breathed a sigh of relief, only to find there was a table with 5 adults next to us and a booth with 5 young ladies next to them. The girls were obviously having a good time,, but they were very loud. The parents never once asked them to quiet down. Our food was good and our server was okay, but these ill-mannered children made our dinner less than pleasing.

Worse Service Ever

I had a bad experience at this restaurant as the waitress served us very poorly, forgetting to bring an extra plate when we asked for it and not offering us the traditional grated cheese over the pasta. This, after taking time with the food and not bringing the dessert that was requested. She was only interested in bringing the bill, which she wanted to bring several times before we actually asked. And the worst, even though I didn't deserve the tip, I left the minimum amount, but I was confronted when she said that I had to fill in the tip amount instead of the total bill with the tip as I always do and I never had any problems. When I said that I always did it that way, she told me that she didn't want problems with the management, in total disrespect to the customer. If she wanted to know how much the tip would be, she would just subtract the total amount from the bill without the tip.

we love Olive Garden but this ones, although waiter awesome, was NOT the meals we were used to. Soup watery, very little meat.. chicken overcooked and Tiny portion in full size Alfredo dish. Salad soggy Breadsticks horrible NOT what e we expected.

Awful experience

Where do we start with this one?! 15-20 minute wait turns out to be 40 minutes. We are sat at our table, ordered drinks, they didn’t turn up. We then asked our server again, bizarrely he wrote the order down again. Still nothing. After 30 minutes of no drinks and no food order or bread salad, we asked a passing manager and the drinks promptly arrived, order was wrong but you know, mistakes happen. Our food order had still not been taken, 30 minutes in. Eventually our order was taken. We waited….again. Our salad came, and was promptly dropped over the table, floor and my daughter. We are now way over an hour in the restaurant and our food arrived, guess what?! Order was wrong! Even a table near us had noticed our food took a long time and joked about it. By this point we had enough and spoke to a manager who was understanding and apologetic. From getting out of the car, to getting back in, bearing in mind we had a main course only….2 hours and 10 minutes, and we were thirsty, hungry, ignored and had food spilled on us…. Absolutely awful experience. We were given a $40 gift card for our troubles, I’d rather have just had a nice experience but hey, nothings happen, I get that, but for so many things to happen isn’t on.

While staying nearby for the Christmas holiday with family, we ordered our Christmas Eve dinner at this location. I placed the order online for the 6 of us and each entree was prepared perfectly. When my husband arrived for the car side delivery, our items were ready and promptly packaged. With a variety of items, everyone enjoyed their meal.

We were at this restaurant twice for family lunch. It was a pleasant experience. We were very satisfied with everything, from reception to closing the bill (online at the table). The menu is quite varied with very popular prices and the quality is very good for the price charged. The dishes are very well served and there is an option for two people (25dol on average), which is even divided into two dishes. All dishes include a starter of warm mini baguettes! Also included is a Caesar salad (delicious and large) OR a soup (three options); Both times, we had a bottle of wonderful dry red wine, for 20dol; Water is served as much as you want, as are starters (salad, soup and bread). I highly recommend the space. Very tasty dishes. Extremely good, beautiful desserts and popular values. Don't forget to visit the Olive Garden.

Ate dinner here. There was a wait for a seat in the dinning area but there was an open table in the bar area which was fine with us. All the salad we could eat. Plus breadsticks and we both created our own pasta dish. Service was good but they had one of those credit card / game machines on the table used to pay your bill. I don't like these. I prefer to have the waitress / waiter handle this. I signed up for an e-mail receipt and still have not received it (3 days). Glass of wine and a good meal.

Loved the breadsticks

Very homely feel, good service and large meals. We again made the mistake of eating too many breadsticks and a starter so when the good sized main course arrived we did our best but no room for dessert. The soups were great and the pasta was done very well. We all ate well with no complaints and cost was ok. Would recommend and would visit again.

Visited for lunch (family of 4). The food was great & and the value offered by OG is still great. We had soup, salad & and breadsticks, in addition to chicken Alfredo & Spaghetti with meatballs. The server was excellent & and the food was great. It's a great OG location.

We have been to this location numerous times over the years. Tonight we were served by Richard, who simply made the wrap up of our day complete. His services prompt and attentive. He had an easy g manner and a very charming demeanour throughout our dining experience. As usual the food was as exceptional. Very generous portions, well prepared and brought to our table very hot and quickly. Management should seriously look at Richard’s commitment (10 years) to this company and enroll him in your in house management training program. This man knows what customer service is all about.

Called to ask what the wait was. The lady that answered the phone told us to check waitlist online. Annoyed, we did. There was no wait. Why wouldn’t she just tell us that? No sense of urgency in the dining room. Servers standing against the wall talking. Waited over 10 minutes for breadsticks. Server spilled tea on me. No manager visit. No offer to make it right. Sara K did not seem to care about our experience. Olive Garden has really gone down hill. With the bendy straws. And menus with items crossed into with a permanent marker ?? I thought this was still a multi million dollar company ? Need a lot of work on customer service if you want to stay relevant.
