Went here last night after competition as was late. We were promptly seated and asked for an allergy menu to which a manager appeared and went through the menu with my daughter to decide what she could eat our waitress was very help and very attentive without being over bearing. We all had burger meals and we all cleared our plates of food it was lovely. Drinks were refilled before they were empty x

We stopped by for breakfast, the host looked lost and really unsure of what she was doing. She sat us at a dirty table, when our waitress came over she of course had to clear the table first. W ordered our food and when it arrived had to ask for silverware etc as we had none. We ordered the meatballs and one of them was still frozen! It was a shambles from start to finish. The waitress knocked a few dollars from the bill but it was not a good experience. I actually enjoyed my breakfast skillet but unfortunately no one else in our group enjoyed their meals.

After coming to Kissimmee every year for the last 15 years, we always make sure we have a meal at Denny's. Great value for money and we have always had friendly staff. The Brooklyn Spaghetti and Meatballs are great, as well as the all you can eat Pancakes for $4. I had the cake batter milkshake to top it all off which was awesome.

Wow, what can I say?
We arrived and were seated at a table which our waitress had just wiped down, we politely said "would it be alright for us to sit at the window booth?", our waitress shrugged and said "it's dirty", I had literally just seen her wipe down a table for us and didn't want to say "well, please could you wipe it down for us so that we can sit there instead?", but I wasn't sure why we couldn't just move to a preferred table.
My friend sat but I stayed standing and waited for her to return so that I could apologise, and say we would really prefer the other table rather than the corner table, she saw me standing and didn't come over, so I approached another waitress and asked whether we could take the window booth. She replied "no problem", but as soon as we were seated, another waitress who had been speaking to ours said "you can't sit there, it's a dirty table. You can't sit there", I was just so perplexed at this point why it was such a big deal to clean this table and seat us at it?
My friend said "we just would rather sit here than over there", she got extremely shirty with her and said "That's why you have servers to seat you, it's fine, it's no problem and I'm not worried".
We left out of fear they'd spit in our food. I'm not sure whether it's to do with tips? Either way I've never seen anything like it. Could we have stayed at the crappy corner table? Sure, but there was nothing to stop us from being sat in the nice booth table where we could look outside. Apart from "it's dirty". Crazy.

I have been coming to America for the past 35 years and today's breakfast at this Dennys was one of my worst dining experiences ever.
We were seated after a short wait, but then waited at least 15 to 20 mins for the drinks to arrive. I poured the sugar into my coffee only to discover there was nothing to stir it with, my children were not given straws for their cold drinks either. We waited almost an hour for our food to arrive. When it did appear there was no Maple syrup for the pancakes and my wife's breakfast was another 10 mins. Mine was like warm, pancakes were cold. I had gobbled my meal down before my wife's appeared. When I complained another batch of pancakes were produced, hot this time, but too late the rest of my breakfast had been eaten. At the till I complained to the teller who knocked $15 off a $35 bill. Big deal.
Other people were served and left ages before our food arrived . Our day was ruined by wasting over an hour 15 min in Dennys. I'm usually a big fan of Dennys and was so looking forward to my breakfast but will never return to this particular branch. Its not just about a shortage of Staff, other people didn't wait as long. Also our server and the lady on the till need to up their game. I expect a cheery welcome however busy you are, a short delay due to lack of staff and lots of orders fair enough, but this branch got EVERYTHING wrong.

We were visiting Disney, Epcot and Seaworld and decided to try Denny’s (it was the only place open other than McDonalds) so we gave it a try. Not only was the restaurant out of burgers, they were out of TBone steaks, corn, mash potatoes, vanilla ice cream, buffalo sauce…. The list went on and on. The service was horrible and the food took forever. Our waitress Jeri, was not accommodating or friendly. She acted like it was no big deal out food took almost an hour and no big deal that the restaurant was out of half of the menu. She said, “This happens all the time… it usually takes longer!” Jeri did not keep our drinks full or even check on us at all.
We will never eat at a Denny’s restaurant again!

We have been here a couple of times over three trips to Orlando. The only thing consistent about it is the horrible food and bad service. When we visited earlier this week, it was quiet, so we thought problems from previously would be minimised. Alas, no. Took over half an hour for food to come and when it arrived, was already cooling rapidly. Nothing worse than eating congealing fat. It coats your tongue in a very unpleasant way. Server stared at us blankly when we complained. No sorry or acknowledgement of the problems. Sizzler over the road does a decent breakfast buffet for half the price. I’d advise going there instead.

Great Gluten Free Selection, staff were helpful & understanding of the issue.
Waitress was fantastic, certainly brightened up the evening.
Gluten Free omelette was fantastic, however my family who ordered the hotpot were unimpressed.
Portion sizes were very generous, could probably share larger meals, there was a senior menu with smaller portions.

Current times have resulted in staff shortages as witnessed in several restaurants. Same here caused issue over some items on the order but server was genuinely sorry and adjusted the bill to compensate
Nevertheless the food was great and we will be back. My personal favourite

We ate here about 7 times in 2 weeks, the staff are fantastic, they get the orders right, they ensure you’re happy, they keep the coffee topped up etc. Food was consistently great, pancakes fluffy, hash browns crispy, bacon cooked great and omelette’s done perfectly. Shout out to Amanda and the girls on the floor who were all so polite and friendly.

Excellent food, fantastic service from Amanda! We visited here on our first day of holiday after travelling from the uk. It was my sons 8th birthday and Amanda made him feel so special. We returned for breakfast regularly during this trip as we loved the food and my son asked if he could go and see Amanda! She really is an asset to your team and we are hoping to be served by her again when we return next year. Thanks, you’re the best!

Delicious food, but the service was terrible. The first time was at dinner, an empty restaurant but we couldn't choose a table, we had to get up and sit where they wanted. The second time, it was a snack around 11 am. We asked to split the bill in two for payment. They spent 31 dollars more and when we questioned them they told each other that we thought the bill was too high. When we responded that the bill was not too high, but rather that they had charged us an extra amount, we showed the receipts on our cell phones. At this point, they backed off and returned the money they had overcharged. But in this, the embarrassment in front of all the people around was great.

Our server, Amanda, was fantastic! She had an excellent attitude. She was a bright spot in our day for breakfast. She knows how to provide excellent customer service. Denny's is very lucky to have her as their employee and her baby has a mom with a great attitude. The food was good too.

I walked in was greeted and got a menu and the girl working told me all about the specials!! She was very nice. I got omlette with mushrooms and ham and toast and hash browns. It was cooked to perfection. I have eaten at this same restaurant many of times.

Visited a couple of time whilst in Orlando. This place is very cheap and the staff are friendly. It's great if you're tired and want something easy and fast. The pancakes we're great as were the nachos and sandwiches. I would recommend.
