Oh my, how I would love to return. From walking in and seeing the walls adorned with hundreds of photos of dogs I knew I was going to like the place. As soon as we were seated we were given chips and dips -large and plentiful, and also asked if we wanted more. I ordered the fajitas and they were amazing, it came with lovely soft wraps and all the trimmings. I recommend this Mexican restaurant for anyone staying near the 192.

Decided to stop here after being at Animal Ki gdom all day. Was sat right away, which was surprising for a Friday night. The place was pretty busy. Within 5 minutes, we were greeted by our server with complimentary chips, salsa, and some mystery spicy ranch sauce. Everything was great. Our server was attentive and super friendly. I had a combo plate with taco, enchilada, tostada, and something else. The taco was forgettable, but everything else was spot on. Our server later informed us that the sauce was a spicy jalapeno sauce and he thinks it's so good that he brings it out to all of his tables. He's right.
My only drawback was the cleanliness of our area. I scraped black beans off of the wall right next me. Probably some kid playing with his food, but regardless, it shouldn't have been there. It was kinda gross.
Overall, the experience was good and we'll be back.

Thank you for doing things the right way Chuy's! They are doing the best I have seen yet as far as keeping their guests and employees as safe as can be in a restaraunt setting. Went there for lunch and they had a large shaded outside patio with fans for outdoor dining, plenty of room inside too if you choose that option. Everyone has to wear a mask to enter and all hosts and servers wearing masks too (our server even wore gloves). Great job and great food. They had a limited menu, I had the Chicken Chuychanga. I did notice they did not have available the Charro beans side order or Deluxe Tomatillo sauce on the limited menu. They gave a large portion of Mexican rice and refried beans on the side for the meal. They also gave a free creamy jalapeno ranch dipping sauce along with the normal great free chips and salsa. The new sauce was very good. I totally understand the limited menu and am not complaining, I'm just happy they are doing things the right way and I hope alot of people will support this great establishment. (They had a brisk takeout and curbside service as well so I think a lot if people are using that option for their Chuy's fix), but it was nice to have a safe feeling sit down option as well.

I've been on keto for the past 6 months and have done very well. Finding that more and more places (and servers) are very helpful with finding healthy, keto-friendly, gluten-free alternatives. I ordered the chicken fajitas with no beans, rice or tortillas at Chuy's. The server suggested a side salad for the things I didn't want. When our food arrived, the portion was huge and very tasty. Brought home a box with enough food for a second meal. Pleasant and timely service. My lunch companions were very happy with their veggie and chicken enchiladas, too. Will definitely return.

I wasn't sure what to expect, having never eaten at this chain before. But the decent reviews and the fact they have an outdoor patio were enough to entice me to try it. I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. I used their app to get on the wait list, so I was seated right away on arrival. The hostess even thoughtfully positioned our table away from a large group.
We were there in time for happy hour and the strawberry margarita certainly hit the spot. The complimentary chips, salsa and queso were quite good while waiting for the food to arrive. The Elivs Combo was too much food, but a good way to try a variety of dishes on the menu. My partner had the chicken flautas and thought they were excellent.
The service was polite and prompt and the total bill was reasonable. This area has a ton of mid-range restaurant choices to choose from, but we were glad we took a chance on this spot.

We went for an early dinner with friends and found our server to be a little scattered, even forgetting to add a take out order to our ticket. Also, the Chile rellenos were very spicy because our peppers had not been properly deseeded. Goes to show you that even with chain restaurants, there can b.v e invosistencies.

Fantastic outdoor (and if you prefer also indoor) seating, great food, staff and environment. Whilst waiting for food - resturant served great home made tortilla chips and salsa. All dishes ordered were perfect. Kid friendly as well.

We had to wait for a table but well worth it. The salsa was very flavorful and chips so fresh. We had frozen strawberry margaritas and they were wonderful. Our waiter Cesar was very attentive and accommodating and made our experience fun. I would highly recommend.

Great Tex-Amex food and even better service! Had the nachos, quesadillas, and steak burrito. Everything was outstanding and very tasty, all for a good price. Portions are very large, two adults could consider sharing an entree. The highlight of our meal, our server Cookie, she was on top of everything, from the moment we set down until the moment we got up. We even saw her helping the hostess with a better set up for a large party coming in, to help the customers be more comfortable. I’d highly recommend this restaurant for dinner and if I was in a position to hire an employee, I’d pay Cookie double what she’s making to have her on my team. She should be in a manager role based on her customer service and leadership I observed while dining tonight.

Great outside space. Well sized chickee with colorful lighting, fans blowing and music playing. Ordered the Size of your Face steak burrito and it definitely could have been split with another individual. Also, Hanaa the Waitress… just a wonderful person. We’ll be back.

I came here off of a friend recommendation. I was not sure what to expect because Chuy’s is a chain; but, I was pleasantly impressed. Whatever vibe you see on the outside of the restaurant is what is waiting for you on the inside - for me, that included colorful decor, lights, and a fun tiki hut. The food was excellent, the service was fantastic, and there were no cleanliness issues.
First, the food. For starters, the waiter/waitress will come out with chips, salsa, and a neat jalapeño ranch sauce (it is excellent, try it). For dinner, I ordered the crispy tacos with rice and beans. The tacos were extremely good and I liked whatever seasoning they put on the ground beef. The rice and beans were also lovely.

Next, the service. There were no issues with the service. All of the food — chips, salsa, and food — all came out at good speed (maximum twenty minutes). Our waiter was extremely friendly and gentle.

Finally, the cleanliness. There were no issues with cleanliness at Chuy’s. The table, chairs, and silverware were not sticky. Also, there were no bugs in my food (I have had this happen before at other restaurants).

I am extremely disappointed that there are not any Chuy’s locations around by me. For a “tex-mex” restaurant, I was extremely impressed. The food was great, the service was good, and there were no cleanliness issues.If I see another Chuy’s location, I will not hesitate to return.

Delicious chips and salsa while you wait for drinks and food. We had combo plates (tacos, enchilada and burrito) chicken tortilla soup and combination fajitas. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. More than enough for lunch the next day too. Full bar with cold beer , sangria and margaritas. Enjoy!

I just love Chuy’s and for Tex-Mex there really is nothing better in the Orlando area. From their fun and funky decor to their delicious chips and salsa that you can’t get enough of, you are in for a treat before you even start your meal. I usually get the fajitas but everything on the menu is delicious, filling and priced right. Service at this location is generally a little better than their I-Drive one and their outdoor seating area is a bit quieter than the inside. This is a staple in the restaurant rotation for me and I can’t wait for my next meal there!

I gave this an excellent rating for the overall experience. The food is very good (not the best ever, but REALLY good). But everything else just builds on that experience. From the front desk to the bartenders to the servers everyone is really friendly and welcoming. And the decor is bright and fun. I had fajitas. When they came out I thought they would be too much to eat, but I managed them all, and they were delicious. The sangria from the bar was very good too, as were the margaritas (I'm told). And our server was very careful after finding out I was allergic to cilantro, making sure we got special versions of some items without that addition. All around a great experience. Only wish they were in Minneapolis.

We were on our way to Night of a Million Lights so we wanted something quick in the area. Chuy's was across the street and we had heard it was good. We got Nachos for the table (5 adults and a 1+ year old). They were tortilla/tostada styel which is never good and the portion was small. We ordered dinners and they were small portions and tasteless, No one enjoyed their meal. I don't think any of us finished our meal and not because of the portion size but the lack of flavor. The service was slow and non-attentive. I wouldn't mind ut it was not all that crowded as we walked in and were seated immediately having used the call-ahead line. The only good thing I can say is the prices were not insane. Rarely do I feel ripped of by a restaurant but this was clearly a tourist place and heck their policy is probably, they're tourists, what do they know. Well, we are locals and we know. .
