We went for dinner Thursday night. Wasn’t to busy so we were seated immediately in the bar area. Music was to loud for our liking so we asked to be seated in dining area. Not quite as loud. Server came quickly and took our drink orders. Beer was cold I was happy. My wife ordered chicken fajitas and I ordered steak fajitas. Large portions, I was stuffed and my wife took half back to our hotel. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff greeted us when we walked in and thanked us for coming when we left. Will return while in Kissimmee for the winter.

Was by far the busiest place on the strip so always a good sign.
Visited Easter day for dinner and was quickly seated.
Service was good and drinks refilled quickly.
The food was great. Came out nice and hot and plenty of it so good value for money.
Overall a good visit.

Went for dinner on Wednesday at 4:00. They were fairly busy but the service was excellent. Very attentive staff. Greeted a door only a couple minutes after we waked in. Hamburgers were hot and done exactly as ordered. Portions were good.

Went for lunch on July29,2020 with my mother and son. Was seated fast but waited 22 minutes to place our order. Received soup mine was cold my mother soup was hot. Our meals came wasn’t you bad mine was burnt quesadillas. Waited to get a straw for my lemonade for more than 30 minutes so I got up myself went over to area they had some grab one to drink my lemonade that was now water ice melted. As sitting by window view couldn’t stop staring at the window falling apart and my 7 year old with autism trying to touch window because he notice pieces of wood broken and our table was right there next to window any particles could’ve went in our meals and breathing that in was disgusting. This is 2nd time I tried eating at this location and I won’t be going back! They need to do a lot of remolding and get waiters that want to work not chat at bar with other co workers. Not very happy took pictures showing window chillis on 5340 W Irlo Bronson Hwy Kissimmee Fl 34746

quick cheap eats. The 3 for $10 is a bargain since there are free refills on the drinks. Server was excellent ad food was delivered as ordered promptly. Was not as busy as we had anticipated with was nice so no wait. We will return again.

We made a mistake coming back here. This was the worst meal I have ever had in 20 years of visiting this area! The chilli beef had an oil slick floating on the top and the rice was dry and hard. I had a side of avocado which consisted of 3 small measly slices - barely two mouthfuls! Place was grubby and dated. I wouldn't even have given this a rating as it was so bad! I will never set foot in any Chili's again. There are lots of far better and newer places to get a decent meal in Kissimmee. Total waste of money!

Visited on first night of holiday for a quick bite and normally I get moaned at for my choice of restaurant without research but not tonight. 4 great dishes with lovely service and we had unlimited chips and dips which pleased the kids. 1 phili cheese and fries 1 salad , shrimp sandwich and a burger and all delivered and washed down with a blue moon for me topped of a great meal from a chain restaurant. Kids want to go back and for me that says it all .

This location is doing a good job with social distancing customers and use a link to your smart phone to see the menu instead of wasting paper. Sebastian was an excellent waiter who seemed to know the menu well. The ribs, as typical of Chili’s in our hometown, were some of the best ever. We will absolutely return if not this trip, on a future trip. (We visited 11-30-2020 but the app does not have November as an option.)

Great meal here. Wonderful service, great tasting food and great prices. We’ve eaten at a lot of Chilis and this was one of the best. They were busy when we went and we had excellent service. All staff very friendly!

Dale was one of the best bartenders I’ve had in awhile. The restaurant was busy and he was so attentive to everyone of his tables and the bar. My cocktail was fantastic. He even added some flare when making drinks. We just stopped in for a drink and had to stay longer cause dale made our date night perfect! True bartender. Tom cruise watch out dale is coming for you

Food was adequate, service was ridiculous! They brought out drinks with lids but no straws. We had to ask for straws. We had to ask for silverware. Finally we had to ask for the bill. They weren’t that busy to justify the less than adequate service.

Short wait. Good service. Food was as ordered, plenty of it and tasty. Only criticism would be the temperature of the burger and lack of seasoning. Will be back to try other tasty sounding options.

TOURISTS... CHECK YOUR BILL!
Went for dinner last night, party of four. All service appeared good, food was excellent, however when our meals arrived they dropped my sons on the floor. We didn't make a fuss, It was an accident. The server offered him soup until his meal was recooked and he picked off our plate. It was fine. We thanked everyone and then requested the bill. The server brought the tablet, but, instead of leaving it for us to pay like we had seen him do with lots of other tables, he stood over us and quickly scrolled the bill and then straight to the payment option. My husband paid AND added a 20% tip. We asked for a paper copy of the receipt because I knew it was too high, and our server said "Sure, let me just take this order (SIX PEOPLE), which took a good 5 mins. He then dandered off for a few minutes and we had to request it again. When it arrived we checked and found we had paid for the burger twice. I am sorry to say that I think the server deliberately over charged us and I am super disappointed. They "resetttled" the bill, to remove the over charge, but no adjustment has come through yet onnthe Monzo so we will see whether it does resettle. I normally like to give people the benefit of the doubt but this was highly suspicious behaviour.

Place was on a wait due to covid polices for capacity but we were able to be sat at the bar. Ordered the 3 for $10 meal. Bartender was super busy so the manager took our order and got us started with soft drinks. Everyone was friendly and wearing masks. However, I did notice one of the male line cooks with his mask under his chin and face exposed, hence the 3 stars. Other than that everything was great.
