We stopped in for an early dinner. Conrad was our server, he was excellent. We ordered Chicken on the Barbie, with a baked potato and Caesar salad; and a Pork Porterhouse with mashed potatoes and Caesar salad. My chicken was moist and juicy. Our salads were both fresh. My husband's pork was cooked just the way he ordered. Conrad took good care of us without hovering. Wonderful experience!

WE came in to eat a filling meal, and got a full experience. Server Ashle was attentive and very knowledgeable about answering questions about meals. She was bold and made our time there enjoyable. If you would like a good meal and good service, ASK FOR SERVER ASHLE.

BEST meal ever

GO GO GO to this place!! Me and my family were in Florida for 2 weeks and we asked my parents to babysit one night so we could have a date night and have a meal alone. We rang earlier in the day and asked if we could make a reservation. We were told they don’t really do reservations but would put a note down that 2 people were arriving and wanted to be seated at approx 8pm. I was initially a little worried we’d be waiting for ages as when we walked in it was so so full and tones of people waiting. My husband told a member of staff we’d arrived and they seated us about 2 minutes later and we’re so incredibly welcoming and friendly! Started off the experience and atmosphere on such a high! We had Thomas as our server and he was the absolute best! He went above and beyond in every way possible for us! We ordered drinks on his recommendation and they came straight away almost! We placed our order and he came back a minute later to say the 8oz steak I ordered they didn’t have in so he had a word with the chef and they are giving me the 11oz steak for the same price!!! I was chuffed!! My husband ordered the steak with the lobster because we both hate seafood but have never tried lobster so thought we might as well! We also ordered fries and vegetables as a side which my husband then asked Thomas if we could swap the vegetables for Mac & Cheese which he then just brought us on the house! Couldn’t be happier at this point! We then ate and it was 100% the best meal we’ve both ever had! Compliments to the chef! The service, the food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the decor, the comfortable seating, literally everything about this place was incredible! We tipped something like 40% as we were so happy with everything (keep in mind we’re British and in the UK we barely even tip 10% and that’s if the place is amazing) so this was a BIG deal for us! We didn’t even finish everything so we got to take it back to the villa and have it again the next day! Bliss! We’re devastated we went at the end of the holiday or we definitely would have returned and even more devastated that we don’t live in the US so we can come back to this place every date night! When we come back to America it’ll be one of our first stops! Thanks so much Outback Steakhouse and Thomas!

A total waste of money

A total waste of money, server(Tatum) gave the impression she couldn’t careless. No cutlery even when mains where served, wrong drinks order, had to ask for bread and the mains were not the best. Food was lukewarm at best. Not what we had expected and very disappointed.

Long wait for food, and dried out meals

This place is very busy! Not only is the dine-in packed but the takeout seemed overwhelmed. We had to wait over half-hour for our food after appetizers, and when it arrived it was clear it had been sitting under a lamp for some time. My pasta and shrimp were dried and crusty - the shrimp rubbery. My dad’s burger was dried, and the bun stale. The manager did take my dish off the bill when I sent it back twice, but what I wanted was good food, not a free bad meal and frustration.

Once a good steakhouse.

About 5 or 6 years ago the steaks at Outback were excellent. On my last few vists over a year, the steaks are very tough, even the filet mignons. There must have been a change in management. We now go to Longhorn Steakhouse where all the steaks a very tender. Also the baked potatoes are covered with too much salk....and I like salty food.

Disappointing and we won’t be back.

Restaurant was not busy. Which was highly unusual at the dinner hour when the competitors in the business were packed. Overall atmosphere of the restaurant suggested a good cleaning was in order. We were greeted but not enthusiastically any accommodations for somewhat limited in terms of tables and not booths. Our server was probably a nice young man, but it’s clear that he had not been properly trained or properly supervised. Management never came in touch base with us about our meal, and when my wife offered some suggestions on the way out they were met with a silent courteous say what you have to say lady and leave me alone kind of attitude. Always certainly expect some kind of seasoning because that’s part of their brand, someone has a very heavy hand with the seasoning shakers is each of our individual meals were overly saturated with their seasonings. Refills on soft drinks was a hard fought battle and I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to get a refill. Part of our order came out wrong, table hop it back to get it corrected but our server never seemed to understand there was a problem and that he was not part of the solution. In fact when my wife brought it up to him when he checked back after an extended period of time he argued with her and he clearly didn’t understand what the problem was that the order that he may have put it is not what they delivered.

Bloomin Onion

We had a great meal and great service tonight. However, we were shocked at the size of the bloomin onion. We probably haven’t been to an Outback in 2 years but the onion was about a third of the size that it used to be but the same price. Very disappointed in this.

4 senior ladies for lunch

4 senior ladies for lunch at 2:00 pm. No wait. Dining room was dirty. Floor slippery!! Table sticky. Menus FILTHY!! Bloomin Petal looked and tasted like it was pieces of Bloomin onion that fell off into the fryer while cooking - almost burnt. And we waited a very long time for it. Sauce was salty and had a skim on top. Steak and pasta entries were good. No desert.

Knowing how busy this restaurant is I decided to to book at table in advance and reserved a table for 9 at 8 o clock. On arrival I was informed table wasn’t ready and could we sit outside until called which we did after checking several times at 8.45 we were allowed to enter but was surprised to see restaurant was half empty , I was further surprised when as we were being seated I was informed that the kitchen was backed up and that it would be approx an hour before we would actually get our food , by this time I had no patience left and I informed the lady at the front that had she informed me of the length of time we would have to wait for food initially I would have left at 8 o clock , staff were apologetic and it’s not their fault but something is wrong here . We then went across the road to Red Lobster to see a basically empty restaurant and be told it was an hour wait, by this time it was after 9 so we went Denny’s where we got entry and device immediately. My message is for other visitors to Orlando , beware this is what you may be faced with in your usual restaurants be prepared for some home cooking.

Steaks were great

Overall our meal was very good. The bread at the beginning was warm and fresh. We had salads as app, but those weren't great, actually would rate as poor as not fresh tasting and dressing seemed off. But the main dish of steaks were great. So overall very good.

Great Dinner

We had Chicken on the Barbie and Grilled Chicken Sandwich. We added Ceasar Salads. Our salads were crisp and fresh. My chicken was moist and tender. My husband's sandwich had a buffalo sauce which he said was very spicy. The bread was warm and fresh. Our server checked with us several times and kept our tea glasses full.

Absolutely expensive disappointment. We know Outback Steakhouse from Las Vegas before Corona. There were small computers on the tables that you could use to order or call the service or request the bill. What we had ordered made us burst out laughing when it came to the table. We have never experienced anything like it before and that for the horrendous price....totally carelessly thrown onto the plate, the meat more well done than medium, totally stringy even though it was fillet, the fries were limp, the beer was forgotten, the salad was careless with more cheddar cheese than lettuce and you had to look for the dressing, just like the waiter. Overall, a train station atmosphere there, fast throughput for large groups, but what always made Outback Steakhouse so interesting (good food, great service and cozy atmosphere) was really missed here. For the price, my dears, so much room for improvement - the name is not enough to convince, there is more and it can be much, much better. A shame for the money and the time

Unfortunately I have always wanted to try an Outback Steakhouse as we don't have them in Canada and this one was a disappointment. It was under construction upstairs. The restaurant smelled terrible. The blooming onion was over spiced, the steak was tough and the lobster was decent. The kids got steak and they were tough and not edible. When we talked to the cab driver upon leaving he said there are way better Outbacks around. The service however was phenomenal, personable and fast! Our server definitely made the experience much more enjoyable!

What happened to social distancing

Food and service is what you would expect at an Outback. Pretty good. We sat in our booth and before our meal was delivered Outback sat a large party at a table within two feet of our table. The space between the two tables was a main passage for people to reach other parts of the restaurant. They had to turn their bodies sideways to pass. Really crazily irresponsible of the restaurant. Our two stars for service below is due to this issue not our waiter.
