If you want some down home cooking in a friendly atmosphere, you have to go here. The menu is truly one to visit. From jerk chicken to ox tail, from pork chops to lighter sandwiches, each meal comes with perfectly cooked vegetables. Greens and rice are my favorite, with a Jamaican dumpling on the side with what ever dish you... More

The jerk chicken and curry chicken are delicious. The greens are also very good. Large portions are a lot of food.

Finally had the chance to go here and really enjoyed the food! Had the jerk chicken to go and it was great!! The collard greens were delicious as well. The dumping was a treat and the rice and peas were delicious! Can't wait to try the pork chops and fried chicken! Next time we will eat at the restaurant because... More

Decided to try Jamaican Georges restaurant. I was in the mood for some jerk chicken. Now for people that have been to Jamaica and have their jerk chicken this was nothing like it . I'm not saying the food was bad but it did not remind me of Jamaica or the Caribbean it's been very Americanized.

Don't let the looks of this place scare you; it is an absolute winner. Awesome Caribbean and soul food including jerk chicken, collards, Johnny cakes and rice and beans. I will be back over and over!

Jamaican George does not look like much from the outside, in fact the furnishings inside are not great either. The place is mostly take out...but who cares what it looks like when the food is so good! I tried the oxtails. Never had them before...I did not know what I was missing. The taste was great. It came with rice... More

Looks like a dump, but the food is fantastic. Very limited seating. I had the Ox Tails with rice/peas, collard greens, and what was called a dumpling, but I'd describe it as a round piece of bread dough, deep-fried. The ox tails were wonderful, served in a tasty brown gravy/sauce. (I had never had these before). Kind of on the... More

Really enjoyed my experience here. The Ox Tails were so tender, the meat was falling off the bone! My husband had the jerk chicken, and of course I ate off his plate too....it was moist and perfectly season! But, it's always the smallest things that leave a lasting memory, and the cornbread is it for me! Love it....thanks to the... More

The caribbean is in Leesburg, I love the goat, the curry chicken, and the jerk chicken. The rice is perfect and the portions are great! They have a variety of drinks. and the atmosphere is relaxing like home.
