The Ceviche was incredibly fresh, the Mariscos were perfectly fried and the drinks were mixed wonderfully! Combine that with the great atmosphere, friendly staff, and good company, and a great time is guaranteed!

It's really good food and they have really nailed the decoration, however if you are a foodie that doesn't really care about the environment or decoration you can get equal or better Peruvian food at some other smaller restaurants that Miami offers at a much more reasonable price. If you are here for happy hour, the chilcano they make is... More

During our stay in Miami, we searched for a restaurant near our hotel. We choosed the CVI.CHE 105 and it was an amazing event. Moises from the team Luisa was our host for the evening. He supported us very well and his recommendation for food and wine were perfect. We can only say it was awesome and great. Thanks.

This restaurant had it all - outstanding food and drinks, lively and energetic environment and outstanding service - ask for Chloe! We had a large party and ordered several apps and entrees- everything we had was intensely flavorful. Ceviche was a huge hit and a must have. Go with the pisco sour drink and ask to have it with passion... More

My friend recommended this restaurant because it's one of her favorites when visiting Miami. I am SO glad I came. Food is amazing in terms of taste AND aesthetics. Even though this is a "higher end" Peruvian restaurant, none of the traditional flavor is compromised. Also, portion sizes are pretty generous. I got the 'ají de gallina' and couldn't finish... First time there on recommendation from a bartender at our hotel. Our server Elva was amazing. She was more than helpful at explaining the peruvian delicacies from drinks to desserts! We took every one of her recommendations and we're extremely satisfied! The dinners, drinks cevechi and desserts were alive with flavor. The freshest of seafood was wonderful! We can't thank... We were told that there would be a 20 minute wait so we went to the bar and was ignored for 10-15 minutes. We had some drinks and after 60 minutes we were told that we were next on the list. It took more than 10 minutes to get my bill at the bar. I had to chase down the... More
