The staff seemed to give care and attention to their customers...their regular customercs that is, from what I could tell. They weren't so interested in being friendly with a newcomer. Slow and inattentive service without stated appreciation for my business when I received my order which was a bit of a struggle to get across what I wanted..two meat empanadas... More

This is one of the worst bakery I have attended before. I went in with my family to grab some desserts but when we were in line the lady totally ignored the fact I was ahead. She went straight to talking to her friend behind me. One of the most disrespectful moments I have experienced.

When your from Illinois and love Latin food (sons married Venezuelan and Honduran women) you are always being introduced to new and different things that expand and educate your palate. We also enjoy coming to Florida where Argentinian, Venezuelan, Cuban and other ethnic restaurants are plentiful. Don Pan is a local bakery in Dadeland that is very popular with all... More

Stopped in for a bite to eat, and to pick up some food to share with family. Display of food is enticing, and food was terrific! We only interacted with the staff at the counter, and they were so busy chatting with each other that it was bordering on rude that there was no interaction with us, the paying customer.... More

3.75 out of 5 and trending upward. A visit with my past. Like a kid in a candy store I wanted Arepas, Golfeado, Cachitos, Cachapa, queso Guayaness, coffee and even Toronto's!!! I got very close to getting them all.Common sense prevailed. My arepa was a little dry and lacked flavor although this had not been the case in the past.... More

My mother and husband found this place in Kendal. They rave about the coffee and egg with fried Cuban bread and cheap prices. Right beside a Starbucks but don pan has spades over them . The bakery treats are fresh and delish but best Cuban coffee . It's our new it place when shopping in Dadeland . We go there... More

We went here to eat some pastries after an early dinner and they were excellent. It was pretty packed and we had to wait to sit down. The Napoleon was really good and the Cachapa we ordered was pleasantly good. I have ordered them in other Venezuelan restaurants and they have a rubbery texture. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I stopped here for a pastelito de carne. That was the only thing we stopped for. Service was friendly, however we had some language issues that we worked through pretty quickly. Their selection looked good, and if it wasn't for dinner coming up, would have tried some more.

This is a Venezuelan food place. The "cachitos" bread with ham inside are really good. The "empanadas" fried dough filled with beef, cheese are delicious along with "tequenos" "golfeados" and south american style coffee. You can try also "cachapas" a sort of dough corn with Venezuelan cheese and fresh fruit juices made with milk of water. It is an experience... More

I'm a frequent visitor of this location because I love across the street. I've only ever had some of the sandwich pastries which are always warm and delicious. I always go back for more
