I took lightly the recommendations about this museum restaurant, by my experience they are rarely as good as Verde. Casual and unpretentious but a varied menu and good service. I had the mussels with chorizo and my partner had the fish tacos, both excellent.

We went in for lunch on a Saturday. Quite late - it was 2p.m. but still very busy. Welcomed immediately. A table was found and our waitress asked how we were doing. Next question from our waitress, water, bottled, spring, fizzy or tap. No hard sell there then. Cold, eminently drinkable tap water came immediately. After a little time to... More

Wow....what a spot. A full 180 beautiful view of the bay at your feet...you have the option to eat in, or order from the coffee bar and take out to eat on the steps overlooking the bay (the view is also amazing from the indoor dining room). Great espresso coffee here if that's all you're in need of, but lunch... More

Verde is a casual restaurant inside the Perez Museum in Miami with inside and outside sit options. Food was simple but good and what I liked the most was the view to Biscayne Bay. Don't forget to ask for an americano at the end of your meal!

I went for brunch on Sunday, and although the place looks good and cosy, i was very disappointed with the quality of the food (bread was stale and cold, hollandaise was dull), minimum food presentation, and service (obviously no training). To top it up, the bill was very expensive! Would not go back!

Had their wild mushroom pizza, and had a taste of their calabaza arancini, pan seared salmon, and chicken under a brick. It was all good, and while on the expensive side, was worth it for a once-in-a-while treat. Service was great--our server was friendly and polite, made good recommendations, and really showed that he knew the menu and food well.

After a visit to Perez Art Museum Miami we had a light lunch at this cafe. We had a sandwich which we ate sitting on Adirondac chairs on the beautiful patio overlooking Biscayne Bay.

The sweet potato pancakes were very moist but they had no flavor of sweet potato. The cranberry topping is a nice complement to the pancakes. I received 3 large pancakes for $14 so the menu is pricey.

Perfectly complements the Perez. A museum restaurant that has great service and better than you would expect food. We have gone several times and plan to return. Pros--outside dining, make a reservation to avoid a wait. Chicken under a brick, pizzas, mussels. Cons--salads a little dull.

One of the best lunches we have had…I had the chopped salad…wow…fabulous…my husband had the kale cesear salad and loved. Pricey but well worth it. Great view of bridge/water. Service not so great but we were on vacation and in no hurry (sat for 15 minutes before anyone offered us even a glass of water). We will be back!
