We were staying overnight in the area and the hotel clerk recommended this place. As soon as we arrived the Manager told us to hurry up and order as they were expecting a group of 75 people for a murder mystery night. In the two hours we were there we never saw even 30 people show up. I ordered grilled... More

I had eaten here before but it's been years. The service was the best (Debbie) and the food was better then I remembered. Raw Oysters were great at a good price and the fried shrimp and Oysters were very fresh. If you are in the Pensacola area on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday this is the place to get good... More

Was excited to have some great seafood in a town so close to the Gulf. Paid extra for Gulf shrimp on my po boy. The food was nothing more than okay after waiting too long for our entrees to come. Server was very sweet, but seemed very inexperienced.

If you want real fresh seafood right out of the Gulf, then you can't miss eating at Nichols. It's locally owned and the Pat & Monica Nichols are the best hosts. Pat catches his seafood personally so that should tell you a lot. We like the mullet which is always mouth watering good but they offer a variety of other... More

This is an excellent seafood restaurant. At the top of my recommendations is the amazing Crab Bisque that must be made from scratch with fresh ingredients!

This was one of the most awful meals that I have had in a long time. Although, beer and wine are listed on the website, apparently, neither is now offered. I tried to order fried calamari for an appetizer, but they no longer serve them, either. So, for starters, we shared an order of fried pickles. They were fairly good.... More

One of my favorites when it used to be down on the water. Maybe I'm just getting old and expecting more, but it isn't the same. The food is still good and I have never been disappointed with the service.

We went there for dinner service wasn't bad. The decor was so-so, food was just ok but it was WAY over priced.. Not what we thought it was... We will not go back there..

I can't really say what was worse...the basket of dry, old, and inedible hushpuppies or the garbage heap by the defunct bar, or the music and hollering from the kitchen. It is a real toss up. The food was lousy, the atmosphere nasty, and we should have left before the dinner was served. I cannot imagine how this place is... More

Came to meet friends and enjoy a great seafood dinner. Back in the day that's what we expected. This is the second and last time I will come and pay money to eat substandard food. They longer serve beer or wine, they no longer serve raw oysters.(these items have been scribbled out on the filthy menus). We ordered Oysters Rockefeller... More
