The worst experience, lettuce was old, not enough cheese, croutons were greasy, food was room temperature and server was rude and very slow. Asked for lemon and she said they only give two pieces of lemon per person. Talked to two managers and they didn't even apologize. Never going back.

Go here about once a year and they always do a good job. Their wait staff is great and the food is good. Always a good experience.

The worst experience. We started going to this restaurant in 2000. It was really good then and on through about 10 years. It changed over the years. But, the last few years it has been going down hill. We decided to give one more try, after Many tries over the past year. UGH! Poor service at the bar. We kept... More

Visited NPR over the weekend and took my daughter, son in law and teenage grandchildren to Sioux City to celebrate their wedding anniversary and 2 birthdays all that fall within 2 weeks of each other. The food was good. . .average but the service was pretty poor. . .our waitress Tiana seemed to be spread too thin between tables, refills... More

Went with Family for supper very good food. We had the prime rib special very tasty. Could of been a little thicker but otherwise very good. Served with a salad and baked sweet potato. Had fried pickles and onion rings for appetizers both very good. This was our 1st time eating here would go back very good.

We started going to Sioux City after Pit Boss went down hill 2 years ago. The first several times, the ribs were great. They were charred perfectly on the fire and the meat was moist. The last 2 times the ribs were burnt and dried out. The first time it happened we sent the meal back and the ribs came... More

Steaks are not of the best quality. Low class servers, covered in tattoos, not attractive for women and servers

Went with a fewe friends. Service was adequate but nothing special. A friend orderd a burger and fries and requested ranch dressing to dip her fries in. It didn't come. Some one else delivered the meal and another request was made for ranch dressing, it didn't come. A manager (I think his name was JOJO) came around asking how the... More

We stopped in for a quick lunch. I was taken in by the TV commercials and really wanted to try this restaurant. I am somewhat disappointed by what I anticipated and what I actually got. The coffee wasn't all that great and we were charged $2.50 for a refill. We had the blt sandwiches. French fries were over done and... More

Had prime rib and ribs. Best ribs in town as the meat literally falls off the bone without using a knife. Great dinner rolls. Service was attentive.

Description
Welcome to the fresh new flavor of the old west. Everything here is house made, fresh and often fire grilled to perfection. Here at Sioux City Steakhouse, our meats are prepared over an open oak-wood fire. The wood infuses our food with a mouthwatering subtle smoke that enhances the flavor of everything from our steaks and salmon to our ribs and chicken. Cooking over an open oak-wood fire is not only a unique Art but the most primitive, challenging, and costly approach to grilling, nevertheless the Finest.
