Went to this Chipotle at about 845 because our kids love the kids meal with the chips on the side. When it was time to pay for the meal the cashier said they have no chips or no fruit to go with the kids meal because they ran out. Ok no big deal, things happen. Asked if we can have a note to just pick it up tomorrow? She said she needs to check with the manager. She came back and said the manager said no. This didn’t make any sense. This is apart of the kids meal and why can’t we just get a note to pick it up when it is a available? She said that we are pretty much just only paying for the meal anyway and not the side of chips. The absolute only reason we did not leave is because it was late and our kids were traveling all day. Obviously we aren’t upset about the chips, it’s the principle that they didnt offer anything else as a substitute to make up for it or even just allow us to come back the next day.

We waited 25 minutes to get our FAST FOOD. People even had to wait outside because of how long it took.
