I came here with a friend. We are both Cuban. I myself speak English but my friend does not speak a word! When we walked in we were greeted in English but you can clearly tell everyone speaks Spanish.. My friend started speaking in Spanish and most of them responded except for the young boy at the front... I heard... More

We love Cuban and we were impressed with this hole in the wall location. A little weird calling in to see if they had availability to which they said no but we showed up and they took us. Maybe I misunderstood them? Empanadas were tasty and they have a great habenero chili sauce if you ask for it. We had... More

To start, I will call this location uncommon around the city of Orlando for two reasons: its location is in a Shopping Plaza that is not easy to find amongst all other stores and the restaurant is in semi-close proximity from the Disney resort, let alone all resorts in Orlando. Onto the meat (no pun intended) of the review, coming... More

The food is not worth the price. They are too expensive for the quality of food and the ambiance. They just happen to be in the tourist spot. Save your money.

We loved it. Friendly service. More than ample sized portions. And just great tasting food. Started off with the avocado salad. Avocados, tomatoes, lettuce, red onions. Oil and balsamic vinegar dressing. I had the picadillo, with white rice and black beans. Options were red beans, congri (black rice & beans) or yellow rice. Everything comes with fried plantains. My wife... More

We discovered this small place on the web looking for close to resort dining. It was great food, really fun for our large group. Not many tables so lots of personal attention and no wait! Had appetizer sampler in 12 minutes, mofungo on the side to try, and we each got a meal also. Chef told us he is using... More

Leo and Omar were great. The food was excellent. Will return soon. The music is very good, authentic Cuban music to enjoy while you eat.

We tried a few latin cuisines and this by far met my expectations. Food was great and walking distance from hotel we stayed at. Great cuban sandwiches and tostones. Being Puerto Rican and Cuban from NYC I take my food seriously. DON'T go to Sofrito down the block I was so disappointed in their supposedly version of puerto rico style... More

This is a restaurant run and owned by real Cubans so the dishes are real time and not Americanized. I wanted a Cuban sandwich which I learned was not a Cuban but an American creation. So instead I got a sample platter and it was mostly good.

My wife and I love Cuban food! We read other reviews and were cautiously optimistic this place would not disappoint. For 2 people ordering your typical meal,(2 sodas, 1 appetizer, 2 plates), for a total of $55. Definitely not worth the price paid. The food was good, not great. Again in the reviews previously read, we were prepared for slow... More
