The food is fine. Not being able to pay a human is not. Scanning a code is silly. The server was fine

Big selection of wings very affordable. Kids had burgers and chicken they finished the lot. Would go back
We arrived in Orlando after a very long travel day from the UK and we just wanted something quick but tasty so we stumbled upon BWW. We weren’t expecting much to be honest but we were extremely surprised by the friendly atmosphere and the delicious...food! My husband said his burger was the best burger he’s ever had and he likes a good burger!! The boneless wings were also delicious and lots of choice of sauces was fab! Highly recommend!More
English family checking out Orlando for the first time, and have to say this place is a must visit. Feels very much like a local, where you don’t even have to eat - you can have a few beers on the patio area and watch...the sports. The drinks are priced brilliantly ($3 for a pint 🍻 of decent local brew), whereas other places inc hotels want to charge you NYC or London prices starting from $10 upwards! We had a meal during one of our visits and it was lovely, just what we expected from a US restaurant with lots of flavours. The staff are all lovely, particularly a fella by the name of Canen. Had some great chats with him and the other team members. Just a shame they don’t sell their T-shirts as I asked about buying one! ☺️. 100% recommend and will visit again when we are back next year.More
Called into Buffalo Wild Wings for a spot of lunch before flying home. We both ordered the 10 Boneless Wings. My partner chose the Honey BBQ. I went for half n half of Spicy Garlic and Original Buffalo - there was a little afterburn
Absolutely their downward spiral continues! Three of us arrived shortly before 8:00 PM. Total chaos. After waiting to be seated we were finally told to sit anywhere, at any high-top table in the bar area. We selected a table and the wait began, and continued,...and continued. Finally a server discovered us. Took our drink order and waited, and waited. Our food order was finally taken. Two of our three dinners came out rather quickly, the third showed up ten minutes later. But the real fun was trying to get dinnerware. 12 minutes with our meals placed on the table and no way to eat. We couldn't flag down anyone to rustle up a knife and fork. The two-start rating was only because the wings were OK. Orlando has SO many dining options everyone should seek them out.More
If your African American please stay away from this BBW. I felt like I was invisible. I walked into the business no one said anything. I had to ask a worker if I could go to the bar. She said yeah. Get to the bar...and the female worker didn't even look my way. It was crazy. White people had great service.More
This place is disgusting. They don't care about the customers in fact I've witnessed the manager and employees running their mouths about customers. Bathrooms are filthy, go elsewhere.
So we hadnt been to one since mum and dad moved here.... well don't come to this location. Expectionally poor service and rude staff. Definitely less than impressed. We miss the one by the house in MD and I definitely miss the one off 535...that they tore down. We always had great service there. Here not so much. Took 25 minutes to get a drink in a dead dead dead restaurant.More
Been using this place for over 25 years when visiting Orlando, so have huge aray of experiences from many visits. Yesterday was the worst visit we have ever had here. Arrived at 350pm during Happy Hour ( this visit wasn't HAPPY ). Waited short time...to be seated. They always want to dump you in a seated area that's closed in, leaving no space to get out from behind the table. I said I wanted booth beside windows as these had more room between seats & table. Staff not happy us wanting to sit there even though the place only had a few people in. Waitress arrived shortly & took our drinks & snacks order. Took 10 minutes for our drinks, even though place wasn't busy. 1 drink was wrong, took a while to get attention of waitress to tell her. Then waited & waited for proper drink to arrive. Which it didn't. Finally got attention of waitress again & asked where my drink was. She said she put order through. Reason no drinks service was because of girl behind bar was too busy chatting to her friends & not doing her job. So took 30 mins to finally get my drink. Asked to speak to Manager. Was told was in a meeting ( that was held at top of restaurant, near bar ). Waited another 40 mins to finally speak to Manager. She said sorry that they are trying to work out problems, that's what meeting was about. I said Worst Experience here today in over 20 years of using this BWW. The girl behind bar is your biggest problem, not doing her job & just chatting to people when not serving customers. Get rid of her as she has no work ethics would be my solution. I said I felt like why should I pay for this terrible service. So to be fair Manager did say she would take care of that. So we left, & never to return. Instead we will use the BWW just a bit further south on Int Drive.More
This may be the worst experience at a restaurant ever. The Tempe Arizona location was our first ever experience at a Buffalo wild Wings. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated in a facility that was at 1/4 occupancy. The drink order took...for ever to come and was missing beverages The food was cold and the “ Signature” Wings were the worst over cooked I have ever had. The restaurant was filthy. The washrooms were Third World dirty. STAY AWAY …….Awful.More
Waited an hour for a table to be told no tables were available. 3 were available. After pointing this out we were seated. Then waited 20 minutes and no one came to the table to take our order. Had to get up and find a...waiter and ask to be served. Ordered some wings that had sauce just poured over them and not tossed in the sauce so that they were evenly coated. Finally ordered a beer and it never arrived. This place is a joke. The chain itself is great so the manager of this store should be ashamed of him or herself. If you want wings I advise you to walk 10 mins up the road to the same restaurant chain at ICON park and enjoy the great service and good food.More
Went twice and was served by James and Helena. Wings with a great variety of sauces, the Bird Dawg were awesone (ultimate and sweet bbq) and the price was ok. The service made this place an outstanding spot.
The food was cold over cook and not good. I remember BWW being so good now the restaurant has declined drastically.
I get it that door dash takes priority. BUT when you have dozens of dashers with times after others orders who go to front of the line you have a problem. When you can not meet basic promised times even remotely close and then forget...multiple items and get others wrong, it’s bad. If others didn’t like your food, I would never be back.More
