A trip to Walt Disney World is not complete until we visit their Hollywood Studios and dine at the '50s Prime Time Cafe. The decor is reminiscent of our childhood, and the servers always make it a memorable experience. Food selections make it easy to satisfy everyone's taste for the day, and they are superbly prepared and presented. Always enjoyable!

We did not have reservations and were told it would take an hour to be seated. It was an hour, but didn't feel too long because it's like we were sitting in Grandma's old living room. Very cute. I loved the whole concept of the "home" look and all the decor that took us back to childhood. We had drinks... More

A nice break from the park to be sent back to the 50s. It really feels like you are eating in a kitchen from the 1950s. We had a small mix up where they brought my wife the wrong meal, but it was quickly rectified. It was comfortable and the food was okay. The pork chop was on the bone... More

We had lunch here one day and had such a laugh. I had thought it was going to be an American diner style restaurant, I had no idea that the minute you walked in the door you were treated as children again. The decor was cool. I had a peanut butter and jelly shake which was pretty scrumptious! My boyfriend... More

The restaurant decor is really cool and the staff do a great job of adding to the experience but the food was awful. The meals seemed like mediocre TV dinners, in fact tasted like stouffers frozen dinners.

We have eaten here before and had to make sure our visit this time included it as well! We had reservations for 3:35pm- arrived early and they were able to seat us. Some of our party had never been here so it was so much fun to play along! Our waitress Andrea was the best! During our dinner we had... More

Great food. We had a very good waiter, Faraz. Highly recommend eating here. The only drawback was it does take a long time to be seated, but the food was served quickly.

This restaurant was really fun! Our family all agreed that our waitress, Quinn, was excellent! She played the part very well, and made sure we were good at all points throughout our meal. The fried chicken, pot roast, and mashed potatoes were VERY good, but the meatloaf was not. I'm not sure if the meatloaf just wasn't our style, or... More

I love all things retro. The retro looking television sets and the homemade meals were great. As was the waitress yelling at us to put our "walkie talkies" away. Great food, good time.

50's Prime Time Café serves classic American comfort food in a TV-themed setting. The restaurant sits across from Echo Lake in Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park. The 50's Prime Time Café menu includes family favorites like golden fried chicken, traditional meatloaf and pot roast, cooked the way Mom used to make it—that is, if Mom were a 1950s sitcom star.Be welcomed into Mom's family and feel at home in her kitchenette. But Mom expects you to mind your manners, so don't be surprised if she tells you to keep your elbows off the table. It's all part of the old-fashioned fun and gentle ribbing that's served up along with the food.TV Tables and Tune-In LoungeFor a special treat at 50's Prime Time Café, grab a "TV Table" that seats up to 4 diners and has a television next to the table that broadcasts clips from popular prime time sitcoms circa 1955 including "Father Knows Best" and the original "Mickey Mouse Club."Bop into 50's Prime Time Café for lunch or dinner. Cocktails, wines by the glass and frosty beers are available from Mom for Guests 21 years of age and older, or relax in the Tune-In Lounge full-service bar and sip Dad's Electric Lemonade or Grandma's Picnic Punch. From the mid-50s knick-knacks and memorabilia that decorate this restaurant to the dessert menu displayed through viewfinder toys, nostalgia is the main ingredient at 50's Prime Time Café.
