This was our last lunch on our honeymoon and I'm so glad we picked here as it was a great way to finish. From the moment your table is ready and your server yells 'Dinner's ready! Come and get it kids' you realise just how good the 1950s theming is here. The decor is designed to make you feel like... More

Excellent selections of confort food with some specials that went a notch above. Kids meals wre a good size and selection. The decor is fun with tvs playing clips of 50s and 60s tv shows. Staff was fun with lots of "sarcasm" in th nicest way. Really enjoyd this place!

This was our third time visiting Disney World and we wanted to try a few new restaurants. '50s Prime Time Cafe was recommended by a friend so we made a lunch reservation. The food was very good and the servings were large. The desserts were wonderful as well. A bit pricey but it's Disney World. My favorite part was our... More

This place is a time capsule back to your family's fabulous fifties. The food is great, including desserts, presented with excellent service. The servers provide a little fun attitude such as might have been appropriate for 50's table etiquette (keep the elbows off the table, cover your mouth when you yawn, etc.). The ambiance is excellent and is a nice... More

This place is simply awesome if you like the style of 50's. Wait times a bit long but hunt for a bar seat and you will be good. Service and food is top quality especially compared to other Disney food...

Food was fantastic! Prices reasonable even for Disney! And the experience was equally as enjoyable! Would definitely eat here again and elated to finally find a sit down restaurant that honors the Passholder discount program as that is not a common theme on Disney Property for some odd reason!

I had read so many reviews about this place and was very excited when I was able to book a reservation for our trip. First, they sat us way back in a dark corner, near the kitchen. The host staff was very friendly, so I asked if we could move and they were kind enough to give us a table... More

This was my third visit to 50s Prime Time and I always enjoy the meal provided. The food is very good and the staff really get into character. I had the Golden Fries Chicken and Brownie Sundae. Very enjoyable meal.

As soon as you enter you get the feeling you have just stepped back in time to the 50's. The staff are hilarious and play the "mom" characters so well. I'm glad we got to enjoy this unique dining experience while at Hollywood Studio's in Disneyland.

So much fun to go into the way back machine and enjoy dinner in the 1950's. Service was excellent and entertaining. Our meal was delicious and plentiful. The hot fudge Sunday to die for. We chose the sampler this time - fried chicken, meat loaf and pot roast with mashed potatoes - and split it. Totally enough food for two... More

Description
50's Prime Time Café serves classic American comfort food in a TV-themed setting. The restaurant sits across from Echo Lake in Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park. The 50's Prime Time Café menu includes family favorites like golden fried chicken, traditional meatloaf and pot roast, cooked the way Mom used to make it—that is, if Mom were a 1950s sitcom star.Be welcomed into Mom's family and feel at home in her kitchenette. But Mom expects you to mind your manners, so don't be surprised if she tells you to keep your elbows off the table. It's all part of the old-fashioned fun and gentle ribbing that's served up along with the food.TV Tables and Tune-In LoungeFor a special treat at 50's Prime Time Café, grab a "TV Table" that seats up to 4 diners and has a television next to the table that broadcasts clips from popular prime time sitcoms circa 1955 including "Father Knows Best" and the original "Mickey Mouse Club."Bop into 50's Prime Time Café for lunch or dinner. Cocktails, wines by the glass and frosty beers are available from Mom for Guests 21 years of age and older, or relax in the Tune-In Lounge full-service bar and sip Dad's Electric Lemonade or Grandma's Picnic Punch. From the mid-50s knick-knacks and memorabilia that decorate this restaurant to the dessert menu displayed through viewfinder toys, nostalgia is the main ingredient at 50's Prime Time Café.
