We decided to eat here since we were staying here and never tried it. Checking in was just okay. It was my parents Anniversary dinner. I called ahead a time about a cake, I was told if I wanted to make something special, I can and they gave me the cost. The cake was going to be way to big... More

We took a group of twelve with kids ranging from 22 mo. to 10 yrs old. Our kids loved the food and the adults agreed. The elk was very good and cooked perfectly. My wife got the perch and it was okay. Several got the lamb and said it was very rich. My daughter got a salad and she said... More

Second time we dined there. Outstanding both times. Very professional wait staff without the Disney Rush syndrome. Great food and drink - will definitely go back. Our second favorite fine dining restaurant ( after Tiffins, ahead of CItricos)

Being gluten free, there is always a concern about food ingredients. Disney resorts are very keen on this. Gluten free menus were detailed and rolls were excellent. I had the butternut squash soup, small fleet and chocolate dessert. Service was impeccable.

Made a return visit, just as good as our first time earlier this year. Had same appetizer of Taste of America, fantastic sauce and breads, although the price went up $3.00 in 9 months. Menu changed slightly, one of us had Peri-Peri Roasted Chicken, nice size portion and the other slowed cooked lamb, all very good can't go wrong at... More

We had one of our best dining experiences in Jiko. We had a table for two and picked a variety of dishes to share. My husband tried an african beer and he said it was great! Dessert was to die for!

After the 2 hour Safari tour our group sat down together for a multi-course gourmet meal with wine pairing. It was a culinary experience that rates as one of the best and most unusual I have had. We did not have regular service at Jiko during our stay, only the special dinner which was fabulous.

We were here a few years ago but our experience this time was even better than I remember. This was one of those rare dining experiences where the food and service were absolutely perfect. The African theme gives Jiko a uniqueness from the get go but it could have been just a gimmick. Instead, the theme is faithfully carried out... More

We have eaten at over a dozen sit down restaurants at Walt Disney World, and this one is by far the best restaurant we have experienced. There are unique items on the food menu and the food is delicious. Service is fantastic, and prompt. What I love about the entrees is the vegetables and side items. We haven't tried V&A,... More

Year after year this place is constantly fabulous. Wine list amazing. Three Sisters blend is fabulous. We followed the recommendations for the elk entree ( get it medium rare) and wild bore appetizer. The buffalo and the chicken were all fabulous. Don't forget The Taste of Africa spreads and breads. Our favorite. Great amarula Mavul pudding was the most divine... More
