The starbucks inside the Portofino property was incredibly fast. There was a long line so I was a bit skeptical but the line moved fast and I was able to get to my meeting with time to spare!

Stopped here one morning before going to Universal Studios. It was clean and quick for Starbucks. They were not that busy. Very close to the hotel we stayed in, we were able to walk there.

Very nice location within walking distance from the hotel. Sits in the middle of the Walgreen's Plaza which has several eateries and shopping. Parking lot can and will get busy during the night hours... better to walk than drive.

For this Starbucks to be located at Universal Studios it will be very busy. To only have one person making drinks with a line out the door management needs to rethink this. Waited longer than I ever wanted to for a coffee

There is one within each park so skip breakfast at the hotel and get a coffee and egg sandwich in the park.

As always the staff are friendly and fast at Starbucks!!! The coffee was always hot and the baked goods were amazing. Super convenient and came in handy when energy levels went south.

As often as I visit here, it would seem expected (perhaps even normal) that I'd see, or experience, occasional screw-ups, but I never do. They get it right each and every time, no matter how busy they are ... even when understaffed. Kudos, and Thanks,...More
