My wife and I went with another couple. We went early a little after 5. We knew there would be no wait at that time of day. As soon as we arrived we were seated at one of the hibachi's. For not being busy I thought it took a little to long to get our drink order taken. It wasn't... More

I have been to Saitos many times. It is my nieces favorite place to go on her birthday. Food is always fabulous and the chefs are always fun and entertaining.

The service here is terrible. After waiting an hour and a half, they accidentally gave away our table to another group and we had to wait another 20 minutes. Then, we asked to speak to the manager and he came over and said we were next in line then walked away before we could even say anything.

We were a little hesitant to eat there due to some of the reviews, but we received a gift certificate for our wedding and decided to try it. So glad we did. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Although out waitress did not speak much English, she did well enough to get our orders right and checked on us... More

It's somewhat entertaining to watch your dinner being cooked on the hibachi. It seems like it has gotten louder (too loud) in the dining area with lots of noise coming from the chefs. I think they can be entertaining without all the screaming. The waitress was efficient but not particularly personable. Chef was somewhat personable but nothing special. Salad have... More

The food at Saito's was just average, the hibachi chefs confuse making a lot of loud noises with entertainment, and there were WAY too many kids & babies at the hibachi tables to suit me.

Food is bland and unappealing. Service is basic. Crammed all diners into one room resulting in loud, unpleasant dining experience.

We visited for my daughter's 19th birthday. We had been there once. This time our chef was above and beyond entertaining. We had an amazing time and the food matched. We will definately be back. I suggest calling ahead for a reservation if you have a large party.

We waited for an hour to be seated. The chairs were dirty with old food. I wasn't even given a plate. It was like feeding a herd of cattle. Just throw food out there. We had several children ages four to ten. They automatically gave them all adult plates of food without asking. When the bill came they charged the... More
