Calamari and Spinach Salad were a hit. That green horseradish sauce for the Calamari was the bomb. Spinach salad was well furnished and the goat cheese was nicely prepared. Service was a little scattered but with a smile.

After touring St Augustine in the a.m. and walking a great deal, it was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy and good lunch and beer. The waiter was excellent and attentive. The food was delicious. The view was beautiful. What a nice way to break up a busy day.

Another dinner at a favorite spot in St. Augustine. The shrimp cocktail was perfect as was my grouper picatta. The fish was tender and tasty with the sauce. My wife’s chicken picatta was also good. We very much enjoy sitting on the outside balcony and watching people and traffic near the Bridge of Lions. Our server, David was very attentive.

We went in Friday Jan 13. The atmosphere was lively. We had drinks and then dinner. The food was really good and our server was great. She was very attentive. We were originally seated on the balcony (backside). That was horrible because there was music from the restaurant and another establishment playing at the same time. We requested to be... More

We have dined here before, and took my brother and his girlfriend here last Saturday. We were seated outside, per request. Hostess was very pleasant. Extremely loud with a pro life rally in the park and loud motorcycles going by. I was aware that the street traffic was loud, but the rally was deafening. Danielle was our waitress. she was... More

Fun place for lunch or dinner --especially when the weather is nice and you can eat outside on the balcony. There are nice views from inside as well. Food is tasty. Sometimes there is live music in the first floor bar.

Quick bite to eat on way out of time. Enjoyed the light Kings St. Ale. Parking was bit challenging but that's always case in St. Augustine.

It stands in an important part of the city and historical house. For this worth to visit. Food wasn't good. Service was friendly, but not very good.

My husband and I had a late lunch on a Saturday at A1A. We were seated right away outside, upstairs with a nice view of the bridge. The beer selection was small and tasted unremarkable - I had the American ale and my husband had their red. For lunch I had the cheese soup, salad and bread. The soup was... More

We had dinner at the Ale Works on a cold, windy January night. The place was warm and inviting. I had the grilled paella and my husband had the mango chicken. Both were quite good. Having lived in Spain for several years, I have learned to lower my expectations of paella here in the States, though it wasn't exactly authentic... More
