I'll come back repeatedly for the rib-eye steak. $26/plate. So worth it. I tried shrimp & grits at different places around town. The Oyster Bar takes 1st spot. Urban Comfort almost could share 1st spot. The loaf of bread with olive oil and seasoning as a side/appetizer was disappointing but the 2 slices that were provided fro free were much... More

I almost don't want the word to get out about this little restaurant where we found amazing seafood cooked just right and a well stocked bar and craft cocktail menu. We had to wait 20 minutes for our table but had fun in the lively and loud bar setting. Well worth the wait!

Service and atmosphere is awesome...the thing is... $28 for the divers scallops isn't bad if you get scallops...this dish only had three. I gave this 3 stars for the service and atmosphere. I would go somewhere else if your taste buds require more than three morsals to be satisfied! Maybe I should have made a better dinner choice but I... More

Came in for a mid afternoon plate of oysters. The Clam Chowder was pasty with few clams in the lukewarm broth. The half dozen oysters (there were actually 7) were poorly cleaned, with shell bits scattered all over, and baby oysters clinging on to the lower side of the shell. Not appetizing.

We really enjoyed our experience at The Oyster Bar. The service was very good, but the food was amazing! We started out with the parmesan encrusted oysters. They were absolutely amazing! For our meal, we had the oyster stew which was perfect. If you love oysters, I highly recommend both!

I've been here several times and the oysters both local and sampler, are great! The fish spread is delicious and slightly different each time with yummy crackers. Scallops are tasty and the sliders are well seasoned. Espresso and watermelon martinis are great but avoid regular martinis. Sitting outside is fun and the service is always fast and friendly.

Stopped in here around 11:30pm after finding other bars in the are to crowded. We happily sat at the bar, ordered some drinks and oysters and fries and talked. The atmosphere was chill especially in comparison to other bars in the area. It was easy to speak to each other. The food and drinks were great and we had really... More

Indoor or outdoor seating the staff is friendly and attentive. Great part of the downtown experience. Oysters were fresh and reasonably priced.

This place is fun, beautifully decorated, and overall excellent. They have a good selection of local beers, good raw bar, and excellent food all around. Everything we ordered was really good, but my husband's steak (sirloin) was just amazing and perfectly cooked all around. Tuna steak and fried calamari were really good too
