Every bite of every dish was excellent; and that's tough to accomplish. It's not a cheap menu, but it is worth trying at least once, as we're doing up and down the coast of our newly adopted home. Ahhhhh, sweet Flawduh!

Our neighbor highly recommended this restaurant. We had to wait a few minutes till the waitress realized were seated. The beet salad was fresh with a light whipped balsamic dressing. This was a 5. My husband had the brisket over collard greens and mac n cheese made with penne pasta a nice change. That was a 5. I had the... More

Chill & Grill was originally on the Sebastian waterfront. Moved a couple of years ago to US Route 1 location out in the middle of "nowhere". We had not tried the new location until last week. What a surprise. Nice facility and very nice dining room inside. Can see all the kitchen action. Service excellent and great food. Brisket was... More

Lots of restaurants in Sebastian area require reservations for a Friday night. We ended up in the Chill & Grill and were very pleased with our meals. I had the Braised Short Ribs (melt in your mouth delicious!) and my husband had the rib-eye steak. He enjoyed his meal very much. Do be aware that the bar serves only beer... More

We got soaked in a fast rain shower while on the way to Pelican island. Celebrated at Chill & Grill with wine and delicious appetizers, wings, chowder and lobster mac 'n cheese special. Glad we went at 5, the place filled quickly. Tables are close, hard for waitstaff, but ok for us. Delicious entrees of crab cake and filets special,... More

I really like this place when I'm in the mood for something a little different. Their duck wing appetizer is delicious! I've had dishes I absolutely love and some that were pretty good. Never had a "bad" meal here. We are cooks and foodies so a little more picky than some. That said, we will be back for more.

If you go there and get Tom as your server run don't walk to the nearest exit. He is the laziest server I ever met. The meaning of a bowl of endless chips means you better eat very slowly because Tom won't bring you a refill. We asked 3 times for a glass of water. We waited 20 minutes for... More

Seat at the bar or at a table....service was great. Layout was cozy....would go there again. Had the crab cakes but all the seafood looked delicious as well as meat dishes.

All the other reviews are right enough. This is a pricey restaurant for not too pricey food, although the food is good enough. The sign outside reads Seafood and Smoked Meats which is your tipoff the cuisine at Chill and Grill is heavy. The Shrimp and Grits come immersed in beef gravy, for example. Is it good? Yes. But it's... More
