This place is small but the food is good for something when your craving that isn't healthy. Some things are fried and mostly breaded but it's good. We always get the captains platter which is pricey but we dont go that often and it's a nice treat!

Nice little eating place. Good see food and good service. We ate here last year at this time and felt it was better then but still good now. Prices seemed to be up a bit from last year too.

Another hole-in-the-wall restaurant which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Small, cozy setting was quiet when we dined. The menu is heavy on seafood and the fish was very good, lightly breaded with ample portions. The French fries were subpar, but the clam chowder was amongst the best I've had. All in all, very good, but a bit on... More

After a day of sitting by the pool, I decided that I wanted fresh fish for dinner. The restaurant is a bit hard to find so I called ahead for specific directions. I was seated promptly and Michelle, my server, was incredible. I had the Haddock special with onion rings and slaw. It was cooked to perfection and the best... More

We showed the watress the claw meat and how it was mush looking. She took it to the young man cooking and he replaced with the same type meat. Not sure this isthe place they... More

Been there under the original owners. Really liked the food, as close to NE as is down here. The location has never been the best for the restaurant and now I think it is on a slow demise. Not sure if their clams are in fact from Ipswich, however if they were, I doubt they would be priced as low.... More

There is a wide range of reviews on this restaurant. We had been when they first opened and it was great. When we came down this year we heard it was under new ownership. We were the only table in there at lunch. Our waitress was prompt and courteous. My husband had the haddock plate,it was delicious, fried to perfection... More

the clam chowder is more like a stew. it doesn't have much salt but lots of flavor. the fish has more fish than batter and is served with a generous portion of fries and cole slaw. Server is very cheerful and pleasant and efficient. I had to thank the chef for the best clam chowder ever!!!

I don't know what all these negative comments are about. My wife and I are from Boston Massachusetts and we have been going to bit of Boston for 5 years. I ordered the whole belly clams and it's like I haven't left home. They were delicious! My wife had the blackened haddock and it was cooked just perfect. We also... More
