We had the pleasure of going to Pomodoro Grill last Saturday night. The atmosphere is quaint and the aromas of foods being served were appetizing. The salads were crisp and fresh and the garlic knots were sinful. All entrees were served at the same time and were steaming hot. The sauces in the fra diablo and penne Oscar were tangy... More

Maybe the best pizza in town and their picata sauce is fab. Service is above average and the waiters seem to have been there foreve. RSVP during the season.

Tucked a few blocks off Ocean in this cozy beachside town, Pomodoro seems to be a long-time local favorite. It's an old school kind of Italian restaurant with the welcoming smell of garlic as you walk into the place. The staff is very friendly and, from the beginning, you feel right at home there. Our server, Elizabeth, was really great.... More

Went on a Monday night with my wife and the food was good. I had a grouper special and she had a shrimp dish. Our server was attentive and helpful. This was our 3rd visit to Pomodoro and we have enjoyed it each time.

Service excellent, veal Marsala excellent, picatta too much butter in sauce, though veal very good, garlic knots, thumbs down, and what was supposed to be PEI mussels, were sandy?, Caesar salad, not crisp, seemed pre tossed with dressing, angel hair marinara perfecto

Closed on Sunday. Mother restaurant to Johnny D's. Pretty much the same menu as Johnny D's except for the Brick Oven pizza. When Johnny D's opened, Pomodoro Grill moved their oven there. I prefer Pomodoro Grill to Johnny D's because it is less crowded and less like a deli.

I went for dinner by myself and was greeted warmly. Waiter arrived with a menu and ask for my beverage order and I had the veal marsala which was delicious which came with a salad and bread. This restaurant is romantic, warm and cozy but yet children are welcome and it is handicap accessible. A very pleasant dining experience for... More

I went two weeks ago. The food was overcooked. The week before it was great. Perhaps it depends on the chef. Squashed into a table so my guests were not comfortable.
