Went in at 10:30 a.m. for a latte and were told it would be 10 minutes before they could make drinks because the espresso machine was being cleaned. I've been to countless Starbucks and this was a first. We didn't wait.

I stayed at a nearby hotel. I went to get real coffee rather than hotel lobby coffee. The coffee took a long time because they were brewing a new pot. The had ran out! I waited 10 minutes until i got a Verde hot coffee.
