Was in the mood for a quick good burger and fries. Had not been to Red Robin in years so opted this day to patronize here. Arrived early at 5:00 pm and the place was 255 occupied. No one at the hostess podium so helped myself to a table in the back. Only one waitress working about 10 to 12... More

Wayyyyy back in the day, a Global Soup Company, during their photo shoots, would put marbles into the bottom of their soup cans to bring the proteins to the top for their money shot. It made for great photos but rather deceptive in that there was more filler than substance in the can. So when you see the menu photo... More

We'd heard of Red Robin when travelling in Florida, but had never seen one in Georgia. Recently, we googled them and discovered there was one in Cumming near 400, and resolved to try it next trip driving north on 400. We went for a late lunch, and found a casual restaurant with a huge beer and burger menu, as well... More

Had a party of 13 and after 45 min no sign of our food. Waiter kept saying 20 more mins. We advised him that we had somewhere to go and we're on a time schedule. With only 5 mins to get to our destination we requested that our food be boxed up which took another 25 min. We actually had... More

If you love cheeseburgers than this is your stop! Great burgers with gourmet options to dress'em up, really a wonderful place for burger fries and a shake.

I was hesitant to try another "burger" place but Red Robin is not another place it is The Burger Place !! Hamburgers are filling and have just the right amount of smokiness and the bottomless fries are not skinny wimpy fries but hearty steak fires. The milkshakes are to die for!! They have a great reward program and I always... More

Went there Saturday noon with friends. Not very busy! Huge choice of burgers. They should cut down the menu to 4-6 burgers but do them exceedingly well. Burger was average, sweet potato fries were only ok. Service was good.

I usually like this place. My kids enjoy the food, I like the burgers and I find many of the menu items attractive. But the last time I was there it looked like I had everything going against me, including my jetlag. The service was slower than normal, and they squeezed us in a corner booth (I hate booths anyway).... More

Eh. Red Robin is ok. Wish it were better as it is located in a great place and it has a big menu with plenty of seating but the burgers are so-so and the "bottomless" fries refills take an hour to arrive somehow. Menu is moderate, certainly not cheap and service is typical Cumming, distracted and slow. Better burgers are... More

Went for lunch on a weekday and was pretty quiet. Decent service and burgers were ok too. The burgers are a bit small compared to other places but definitely seemed less oily. The onion ring tower was pretty good.
