The Cracker Barrell in Douglasville was your run of the mill Cracker Barrell, good service, good food. We arrived around 9 am and were seated immediately. Service was fast and courteous. Of the choices we saw on our short stay this seemed like the best. Wished we had returned to this restaurant on our return trip back through Georgia instead... More

Cracker Barrel is usually a good choice for a road trip. Food is the same and bathrooms are usually clean. They have lots of veggies although you may find them overcooked. This restaurant was no exception & had good service & reasonable prices. A few healthy food offerings

I absolutely love Cracker Barrel, the service is always great. Short wait time for meals, and it's always very clean. The restrooms are clean as well. I have been to the one in Bremen Ga and Douglaville Ga

A few years ago, the kitchen and wait staff became VERY unreliable. There are times we get cold, cold, cold food. There are times it takes an hour to get our food (and it rarely takes 20 minutes or less the past 2 years). There are times they're out of nearly everything we order even though it's nowhere near closing... More

Met family over the holiday for a late breakfast. Food was good but server did not keep our water or coffee refilled. Also coffee was very weak and had to ask for spoons. We have been to this restaurant before and service is usually much better.

The wait at this restaurant is usually 15-30 minutes and that's because the service and food is just what you expect; this isn't a fast food restaurant it good home style food served faster than you can cook it...

Maybe it was just because there was a crowd, but the whole experience was not great. First the wait was 30 minutes long at noon, then our server did not greet us for 10 minutes, we then waited another 10 minutes before we got our drinks, The hash brown casserole had to be sent back because it was under cooked.... Southern county style food. The food is good. But it's not that "greasy spoon style" good. The "Hungry Boy" is the most for your money. It's probably more than you can eat. And it comes with your choice of meats.
