Apologies, I have only just seen this question. There isn't a disabled toilet I'm afraid. The Royal Exchange in Hartpury has a nice outside area and disabled loo.

No play area but children live rolling down the grass bank and balancing on the beam there for tying horses up to! Sorry for the very late reply
