Did not expect to find excellent Thai food in Statesboro, GA - but I was wrong. Tucked into the corner of a small strip shopping center - excellent and fresh tasting Thai. Highly recommend - we will be back when visiting Statesboro!

Had the Red Snapper and that fish was not fresh. It tasted as if it had been frozen for several weeks. we also had Ginger Shrimp , while edible it was not great. To be ranked 12th, it was a big disappointment.

We're sorry to hear that the width of our pad thai noodles came as a surprise, Nita. While thick noodles may be slightly more common, we're hardly the only restaurant that uses a thinner style. It sounds like we didn't have quite what you were...More

Coconut Thai is located in a strip mall tucked way in the back. The food was scrumptious. We had dinner and the portions were quite large. The staff was extremely attentive and the chef came out and introduced herself. I would absolutely recommend this establishment.More

Coconut Thai Cuisine owner, Amy, was born in a small South Thailand province, where she absorbed the art of cooking from her family’s restaurant business. She’s proud to have brought the unique techniques and flavors of her home to Statesboro -- she pours her heart and soul into the authentic Thai dishes she serves. Each one, from noodles to fried rice selections to curries, is designed to entice the five taste senses and take you on a culinary adventure. And because our guests deserve nothing less than the very best, we import our ingredients directly from Thailand, grow many of our own herbs fresh in our garden, and are committed to keeping MSG out of our kitchen. Join us, and enjoy authentic Thai cuisine in our romantic, whimsical space -- we hope you can taste the freshness and love in every bite.
