At a friend's recommendation, we met at Century House Tavern for lunch. We met at 11:30 AM, early for lunch, and had prompt seating and friendly service. Menu offered many interesting choices. Waiter was attentive, offered suggestions before we ordered, and came by our table periodically to check on our needs and our satisfaction. A very pleasant lunch. Will return... More

Food is fine but this is our third time trying the restaurant, and the edit staff and management are very uninviting, starting with the host. So much potential.

One of the best meals I have ever had. Jack & Coke glazed pork belly & Arancini risotto balls api's were outstanding. Especially the pork. Seared salmon, ahi tuna & CHT Reuben sammies were all hits at our table. As was the CHT pot roast. All items were high quality and had fantastic flavour. This is a Woodstock gem. Met... More

Wonderful atmosphere and outstanding food. In the mist of Woodstock and in walking distance to the event center. Have dinner before experiencing a wonderful theater performance at Elm Street arts cultural theater or experience a wonderful event after dinner on the event green. The Chef is is an experience chef from the world famous Baccanalia restaurant in Atlanta.

Great meal at a fair price. The service was excellent. We enjoyed cocktails while waiting for a table. The appetizers, entres and desserts met or exceeded our expectations.

Have always enjoyed this eatery but...was surprised by the bill. I ordered Jameson on the rocks. It's $8, fair price. However they charged a $1 "rocks" charge. Upon question waitress said you get more that way. I've poured a lot of Jameson's and when the ice melts you get more liquid. I would rather have paid $9 then pay for... More

The food there is really good. Not a big restaurant which makes it special. The barman is fun and the drinks are well prepared.

We have eaten here at least once or twice a month since they opened and have never had a bad meal. The food is consistently excellent. A few of my favorites are the best salad (add salmon - it's amazing!) and the prime rib French dip. Great food, great atmosphere.

Visited Century House tavern for the first time and was overwhelmed with the experience! The food rivals that of the best restaurants in Atlanta or Buckhead--but in a great casual atmosphere. Lots of fresh ingredients from local farms. The mushroom soup and seared sea scallops were both fantastic (including the delicately flavored parsnip puree) and the crème caramel for dessert... More
