The Pendle Inn is a real jewel at the foot of Pendle Hill and is a must visit if in the local area. Dogs and Walkers are made very welcome. There is a very warm and friendly greeting as you enter with roaring real fires. The menu is varied and very reasonably priced, traditional pub grub is available if required, with... More

What a good excuse to enjoy all the trimmings after a walk up Pendle Hill. The food was top quality and great value for money. There was a good choice of real ales. The Pride of Pendle was sparking clear, kept its head all the way down the glass and was served at the perfect temperature. For a dank Wednesday... More

Stopped in for lunch after walking in the area, had a lovely lunch, food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. I had the bacon and cheese burger which was clearly home made as it was massive and had chips and a nice salad. Wife had steak pie which was topped with creamy mash, 4 yr old daughter had sausage and... More

Visited on a Sunday lunch time, the restraunts was busy I asked a waiter where if we could be seated and she replied " go and have a look about" I wasn't asked to wait at the bar or anything and felt very unwelcome. Ended up leaving and eating somewhere more family friendly!

Today I took my mum for some lunch ,on arrival we found a a table for two ,the waitress came quickly and took both drink and food orders. The drinks were a pint of diet cola and a pint of water, the water cost more than the cola. The food order,we both ordered (apricot and goat cheese nut roast, roast potatoes, gravey... More

We visited The Pendle Inn after a long walk, it was cold outside and snowing, when we entered The Pendle Inn we were greeted by not one but two toasty open fires, they were serving a great selection of real ales on the hand pull, hot drinks and mulled wine. Beautiful pub and friendly staff!

The Pendle Inn, as always, makes a lovely spot for a meal and a drink in quintessential Pendle Witch Country. My most recent visit was particularly special due to being Hallowe'en and - as has always been the case in this neck of the woods - the pub and the area in general alluded to the occasion perfectly. The staff... More

We were staying at the Pendle Inn but as we had a dog we ate in the bar. On arriving in the bar at around 6pm on a Sunday evening there was nowhere to sit so after hanging around for 10 minutes we were about to give up when I spotted a table in the snooker room. Not ideal but... More
