We were travelling through on a canal boat holiday and were very happily surprised by exquisite food, professional staff and... a humbling quiz night (that we tumbled into by accident - great fun!)

Went for a meal with three other guys a couple of Tuesdays ago, great food good old fashioned service, they have turned a run down old village pub, into a great eating venue. Plenty of people just in for a drink. Well done. John Turner.

Big thank you to the Staff for service, with a musketeer smile (Harry), and the singing chefs who produced a tasty 2 course lunch with very generous portions that beat our hungry teenagers.
