Found the food to be a little pricey for the quality. Good but not particularly interesting.

I was fortunate to eat at the Headwaters Grill both in July and August of 2011. Being a person with many food allergies, I was excited to find an exceptional menu from which I had many choices. The crab cakes are amazing and gluten free....More
Not large, but not cozy to the point of seeming crowded, Headwaters Grille provided a relaxed and congenial atmosphere. The staff is competent, knowledgeable, and friendly but discrete. The menu offers carefully selected options across a broda range of choices - steaks, fish, chicken, and...More
My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised by our experience at Headwaters Grill. The Muddled Margaritas were exceptional and all the dishes we tried (lunch and dinner 3 times, breakfast once, snacks and drinks) were delicious. The service was a little slow but the...More
Half of our breakfasts were included in our room plan. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was excellent each time, and we thought that it was a really good value.

The food is very good and breakfasts are the most reasonable around. You can eat outdoors in the summer or enjoy fireside dining in the winter. No matter the season the views are fantastic.
