Stop and try the huckleberry shake if nothing else. This N. Idaho specialty is done very well here. Try 'em, you won't be disappointed!

Nice folks, good eats, casual environment. Lots of neat old stuff to look at on the walls and ceiling while dining. Huckleberry ice cream is recommended for dessert.

Overall, an average meal in a very quirky place. Had the huckleberry pancake (yep, just one medium plate sized pancake). It did taste good, though. Service was good and the meal came fairly quick.

This is a very eclectic place with an interesting past. It was busy when we visited and the service was slow. The burger was ordinary, but the fries were great. Great, friendly people like you find in most of Wallace. Great ice cream too.

Themed, eclectic atmosphere with similar style menu. Lots of memorabilia and great huckleberry ice cream. Outdoor seating.

The Red Light Garage is interesting from the outside, through the dining rooms and even into the restrooms. It's not on old Route 66, but it had the feel of it. The food was casual, very tasty. We really enjoyed just looking around the restaurant at the memorabilia and antiques everywhere - it was impossible to be bored there. For... More

Very local centered -- we felt and were treated very oddly as though we didn't belong. Food was decent -- very much like home cooked Took FOREVER to get menus, get our order in and get coffee. Did not opt to return.

My husband loved his Huckleberry Malt. I think hamburgers and fries are the best chouce here, but we ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and a turkey sandwich. It was salty lunch meat. I wanted a salad and they tried to accommodate me but it was shredded lettuce for sandwiches. It was a cute place but I was disappointed.

Our party of six stopped in for breakfast. Excellent food, great service. You have to try the Huckleberry Pancakes. Two thumbs way up! The decor is an eclectic collection of memorabilia hanging on walls, the ceiling, everywhere. It is a keeper on our list of places to go when in Wallace.
