Great building. Food was fine, service wan't all that great and they weren't very busy. BBQ ribs were very good.

Nothing to rave about, I thought the food was a bit pricey. Had Salmon sandwich which was so so, I had better. Someone in my party had BBQ and they liked it.

Wasn't crazy about this restaurant. Server was good but food was just ok and served in little plastic baskets. Small portions which I really wouldn't have minded if I liked the food. We had the pulled pork, which was average.

Cool historic buildings, and the BEST BBQ we have ever had in a restaurant! Just the right amount/type of smoke to enhance the meat, not cover up the flavor. Homemade sides are delicious! We had coleslaw, potato salad & red beans and rice. If you are within 50 miles, it's worth a detour and stop!

We were passing thru on a Sunday and were hungry from a weekend of Mt Biking. Wanted to take in some local fare and thought that we would try the local BBQ since I am a BBQ Fan. We ordered drinks and they were good. The food though was disappointing and expensive for what I felt like we received. It's... More

I love BBQ so was a little disappointed. We had the sampler (Tres Hombre) which is enough for 2 so we shared it. The ribs are were the disappointment was- there was very little meat on them, mostly fat. But we were full from the 2 other tasty meats so we didn't complain because we couldn't eat another bite. For... More

I try to never say negative things on here but in fairness this is why I use this site when traveling .. for honesty. I will start by saying that the food is amazing!! We enjoyed the BBQ sampler with a couple of adult bevs and it was gorgeous. I would for sure eat there again. The service was...odd. The... More

First time we were there, had a great barbque with good service and took extra menu items home. This year, we returned and were again happy with the food but the service was weird. Owners came out of the kitchen, looking rather glum and ignored me. Long, cold winters, lots of restaurant competition, hard to find seasonal staff. I can... More

My son and I stopped here on our way to Washington state. I had the Jalepeno Pulled Pork sandwhich on chibata. The pulled pork was smokey, sweet and moist. They use a vinegar based bar b que sauce which is a nice counterpoint to the pork. The waitress was salty, but sweet. :) Would definitely recommend this restaurant for the... More

Wallace is a little mining town, steeped in history. This restaurant is an original! My BBQ was a bit spicy, but good! We really enjoyed our waitstaff, delightful young woman from Belarus. The mural on the walls is quite interesting.
