I am Italian and decided to go to this place during a family visit. What can I say? I was really impressed. Pizza is italian all the way...napoletana to be precise that makes the concept even better. The restaurant is kinda small but nice and well furnished creating a typical pizzeria ambient. A little pricy but considering the quality I... More

The pizza and the atmosphere is as close as it can get to a typical pizzeria in Naples. The service was good and food was delicious during both visits. If you are craving for a good Neapolitan pizza in Chi-town, Spacca Napoli is the place to be. Like most pizzerias, they have different vegetarian options but keep it simple and... More

I think we ate something that can only be derived from the heavens above - burrato. Some sort of special mozzarella cheese imported once a week that is creamy and spreadable on toasty bread slices. Not to mention the pizza - even gluten free was out of this world. Can't wait to go back!

Just pizza, with some antipaste and desserts. Good wine list. Pure, authentic, Neapolitan. Hidden away in Ravenswood. Love it!

Then go to Spacca Napoli to get your fix of Neapolitan pizza. It's authentic and delicious. We also enjoyed the grilled vegetables. Nice for lunch or casual dinner.

My wife and I had been to Spacca Napoli a few times before and liked it very much, but then went again recently after a week in Naples, because we had a taste for Neopolitan pizza. We agreed that the pizza here is indistinguishable from the best pizzas we had in Naples.

Spacca Napoli had some of the best brick oven pizza I've ever had. We had an amazing buffalo mozzarella appetizer, then a six cheese pizza and sausage pizza. All three dishes were amazing and the service was great. We will be back.

When my wife get a yen for close-to-Naples-like margarita pizza, we travel to the closest we can get. The burrata was an excellent starter, certainly enough for two to share - hard to get good burrata, but they continue to do it. The pizza was, as it has been, excellent.

To the Pizza Faithful to the Authentic Neapolitan Style, this is the place to come! Spacca Napoli was inspired by the authentic aroma, taste, and craft of pizza found on the streets and the pizzerias in Naples. In fact, the food, wine and service at Spacca Napoli are all designed to reflect southern Italian hospitality and they have done that!... More

When it first opened Spacca Napoli was one of the few places (perhaps in the USA) where you could get a "Verace Pizza Napoletana." Now there are many others, but to my mind SN is still the best for Neapolitan pizza in Chicago. What's more the quality of the ingredients in the pizzas and he other offerings (primarily antipasti) are... More
