The food was absolutely delicious and it was right across from our hotel. Unfortunately we didn’t decide to come here until our last morning but the menu for lunch and dinner looked just as yummy.

There were long waits at some of the nearby breakfast spots, so we looked on the internet for options and Xoco had good reviews for breakfast. I never thought about Mexican food for breakfast, but it was delicious. You order at the counter and they...More

Fast service. Friendly staff. Great food. I just ordered the sandwich that the lady at the register said was most popular and the classic hot chocolate. They were both sooo good! Plenty of food. Very rich chocolate.

This food in this restaurant was so good, we started and ended our trip to Chicago with it! Great selection, price, location and atmosphere!

Love all of Rick Baylor’s’ restaurants, but this one is great for its simplicity. The carnitas are tops.

My wife and I decided to spend the day in the city and, on our way up to the Driehaus Museum (old school mansion from the gilded age), we decided to give this Rick Bayless "fast food" restaurant a try (we've been to the Frontera...More

The food at Xoco was fine, but lacking a bit in taste. Visiting as a couple we both had carnitas and found them to be quite bland; the salsa lacked any real punch or freshness and the meat hadn’t been crisped so the texture was...More

Enjoyed Rick Bayless' cuisine- had the chips and guac (yum!) and some sandwiches (the cuban and the mushroom sandwich). The outside seating area was very cute, adorned by flowers.

Yes, their French Toast is yumm! Good quality is pretty good, although I didn't think much of their Huevos Rancheros... My teenagers loved the brunch items. Slight Mexican tilt, though.
