My Wife likes coffee and I like Chai Tea so we both can have what we want at Dunkin Donuts. There have a very good coffee and I like their Chai. A selection of quick eats and of course, donuts. Why no Maple Bar?

we just had coffee as a break from seeing the city. It had plenty of room to sit for a minute and the coffee was a good as you expect from Dunkin' Donuts.

This Dunkin Donuts is located one block west (away from the lake) from multiple hotels on South Michigan Ave. It is open 24 hours but there was only a few donut holes to choose from at 10 PM. I have no idea why they are open if they had nothing to sell. (The following morning, there was a full selection... More

If in a foreign city or right here at home, you can't go wrong with a Dunkin Donut and a cup of coffee

It was really close to our hotel. Our donuts tasted a little stale at 8:00 in the morning and they were out of chocolate chip muffins.

Staff not so friendly, quick service, food average, just enough for a quick bite. best part of the place is the coffee, go if you want a bite only but plenty of other places around that are better.

Donuts were fresh and the coffee was hot! The line moved quickly but cashier was unsure of menu and lacked communication skills. Wasn't able to really look at choices or ask questions - hurried and unorganized. Probably would have been a better experience if we had been exposed to the menu ahead of time!
