I had not been to Wildfire in a while, My company used to do a lot of company lunch and dinners in Chicago and the suburbs. They have a great private dining Lunch and Dinner menu. My last visit I met a friend for Happy Hour. The Happy Hour was a great idea. Full size portions at Happy Hour prices.... More

Wife and I wanted a nice restaurant to dine with our daughter and her husband. We had dined there when they got engaged, so it was time to return. Server was attentive but over bearing. She offered her suggestions at our request and they were well thought out. NY Strip melted in your mouth, the dinner size BLT salad was... More

I have eaten at other Wildfire locations and decided to have my Christmas Eve meal here. I was allowed to seat early and appreciated the attention from the junior staff, but my waiter was pretty busy and not as helpful as anticipated. Bread basket was plentiful and may have been the best part of the meal. The steak was overcooked... More

We were visiting Chicago and met up with friends who are local. Extensive menu and not at all busy. The turkey burger was great and served with a generous portion of roasted vegetables or fries. Our friends had the Angus burger and said it was very good.

The classic steaks and seafood menu is pretty expected, but they make everything well, and the steaks have some interesting crust options (though we didn't try any because we just like a good cut of beef). We came for a 50th wedding anniversary, and I was a little bummed that the wait staff didn't make a slightly bigger deal out... More

We dinned here on our annual family holiday trip into the city. The overall experience was good. We both had steaks, with app and dessert. As some have stated this is s premium steak house so you'll pay for it. We spent about $200 for a family of four, but we all had full meals and alcohol for the adults.... More

Dinner at Wildfire was perfect. I ordered the petite filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection. My husband had a burger and was very pleased. The waiter was excellent, very thorough and knowledgeable. We ordered the baked goats cheese to start (it was amazing) and it seemed to be out on the table in no time, however the waiter... More

I've been to most of the other Chicago steakhouses. They managed to mess up one thing or another, or just were way too expensive for mediocre service. Wildfire is a good balance. Good steak, good other dishes, reasonable prices. A little more casual of an environment but definitely coming here instead in the future.
